We are glad to offer you our new cozy apartments!
This is a two-level studio apartment with a total area of 23 sq.m (floor area of 17 sq.m. + 6 sq.m. second level). It has all the necessary appliances and furniture for your comfort and convenience, and the unique atmosphere of comfort and warmth will not leave you indifferent.
The apartment has 2 comfortable double beds (140x200 bed and 140x200 sofa bed). For leisure, there is wi-fi, a TV (smart TV) and books. There is also a refrigerator, an electric kettle, an electric stove, a microwave, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron (+ an ironing board and a clothes dryer).
For our guests, we provide fresh towels, slippers, a set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush). The kitchen area has all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. Upon check-in, you will find our welcome pack: water, tea and coffee!
Please note that the reservation is from 2 days. It is possible to book for 1 day, in this case an additional security deposit of 3000 rubles is paid.
It is also possible to stay with a pet in our apartments for an additional fee of 3000 rubles for the entire period of stay.
Contactless round-the-clock check-in during the booking period. For business travelers, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company.
Our administrator is always in touch and ready to help if necessary.
