A typical Ibis hotel. Clean and in a quiet location. Less than 10 minutes walk from the metro and about 10 minutes walk to Павелецкий station for the Aeroexpress to Domodedovo airport. Three convenience stores within 5 minutes walking of the hotel one of which was open 24 hours. This was handy for me to avoid paying hotel prices for drinks and snacks.

Nice hotel. Corresponds to the price. No frills. Delicious food.

Good and clean. Exactly what you could expect from an Ibis hotel. In terms of location, is 5 minutes walk from a metro station, and 2 stops from the Bolshoi in the same line. Good value for money.

Странные ощущения от этого отеля. Как будто под наблюдением. Расписываться чтобы пройти на завтрак. Номера не большие, шкафа нет. За доп принадлежности типа бритвы, тапочек, халата, зубной пасты и щетки надо платить. На верхних этажах проблемы с Wi-Fi, между ст метро Павелецкая и новокузнецкая, мин 10-15 пешком.

Good location, we walked several times to the Kremlin from here, staff is friendly, try the burger in the restaurant "Ibis Burger" is amazing.

The hotel is located in the center of Moscow. From the metro go at least 15-20 minutes. So if with things, it is better by taxi.
Parking.
Private parking is available at the hotel. Parking is secure, paid. In addition there are places in the city paid parking in the immediate vicinity to the hotel.

Perfect location if you fly to Domodedovo airport (10 minutes from Aeroexpress train). Nice neighbourhood. Very quiet area. Too crowded in the hotel itself. Price of popularity.

Good clean hotel with helpful staff, organized, value guesthouse, a 10-minute walk from the metro, buffet dinner 550 rubles, 790, dear recommended, but if you want to save money on food you can buy foods in pan to heat them in a grocery near 50/80 rubles each.

Standard Ibis, you get a clean room for the night, marked it up as they had a responsive and good front desk crew. Near central Moscow would stay there again.

The hotel in itself is modern and similar to any other Ibis hotel. However, the staff quality is very low compared to the Ibis hotels in other countries (e. G. France, Morocco, Thailand) I visited: the receptionists are not committed and can even be unpleasant and totally unprofessional. Also, the high staff turnover rate (e. G. New receptionists every day) makes them unfamiliar with the most basic questions such as the questions about the services provided by the hotel. However, this staff quality problem is a general problem in Russia where the service culture does not exist. In addition, the weak level of English does not make things easier. This leads to a comic situation that often happens in Russia and only in Russia: the staff member does not understand what you are asking but he will not dare to ask you to repeat and he will act as if he has understood. And as you never know if the person has understood what you have said, the dialog can become totally surrealistic…
