The sheet with the hole, the request for replacement was ignored. The underwear didn't look fresh, there was no winding. Very strange considering the presence of 4 ies in Moscow) ) ) ). It's funny! The staff liked and wished them that they were listening to the discontent because the management is lazy to go and buy good bedding, etc. The socket in the room alone also did not work, although there are plenty of services that are ready to fix everything in Moscow. It would be a desire to do, not just earn. The receptionists are friendly, the cleaning lady is a lovely woman, very caring. At the request of allocated a refrigerator, very pleased. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, I booked a room since December and just two hours before our check in time they sent me an e-mail saying that the room was not available any more, that was the most ridiculous, anti-ethic and unprofessional thing ever happened to me from a hotel.
