Great compliments to concierge Anton for his service. We were not even guests of the hotel when we came in a desperate move to get a copy of the documents (12 Jun 2018 was a public holiday and we were turned down everywhere). Anton was very friendly and professional. We were amazed that he wasn't just helpful, but truly sympathetic. We are very grateful to him personally for maintaining the image of Intercontinental Hotel at a world class standard. You should be very proud to have people like Anton at your service desk!

That's a good fiver. Worth your money. For me — the price offer is effective, not overestimated. Great breakfasts. A huge variety of dishes, I such for lunch and dinner do not always eat what there for breakfast is served q) ) There is a service decorating the room for a solemn occasion.

The Center of Moscow, close to the metro, pleasant atmosphere inside. I Was at the conference, I didn't move around the building. In some places it is possible to pass only on A guest card.

Having been only in the foyer, I can state: expensive, with claims for luxury, delicious coffee. And again, it's expensive.

This was my second stay in this hotel and just like the 1st time in 2014, the experience was superb. Very helpful staff at the front desk and at the restaurant. I had to checkout at 2:30AM and they happily arranged a breakfast for me at that hour. The room was very well equipped and everything was in working order. Inclusion of a power adapter was very thoughtful. The room had my preferred down pillows, even though I did not ask for them. Welcome cookies were a lovely touch. The hotel is new, so everything is fresh. Oh and the silence was almost deafening, so quiet the room was. The in-room service was very elegant and super tasty. Best in class hotel, hands down. Very nice hotel. Nice rooms.

For the umpteenth time spend at your business event and the like. A clear and well-organized team just leaves no chance to make the event bad. Excellent and delicious catering, good delivery and presentation. It's great that the hotel has a separate entrance for the introduction and removal of everything you need for events, it's damn convenient. The hall can be matched to your goals, we always used the "priests", to us it was enough.

There is no vegetarian soup (it is cabbage soup), borscht is always with meat.

I was on duty last year at this hotel. I've got a free upgrade to a suite. The room was huge and very clean and nicely decorated. I still have a point of criticism, the pillows smelled of sweat although the upholstery was ironed and clean. I think this should not happen in a hotel of this category.

Very good hotel, service and competent staff and small care. Its geographical location makes it an ideal place to visit Moscow, and after a long day of strolling, nothing better than the spa on site to relax.
The breakfast offers a wide choice of sweet and savoury dishes.

Some food dishes were not great with poor quality. Also some men that work in this hotel were very impolite. Other then that it was great.

Lovely comfortable hotel and wonderful food in the lobby bar and good breakfast in the main restaurant. Highly recommend the cheesecake and the pancakes at breakfast. Excellent staff too.

Former Poky Hotel Minsk. Of course today it is heaven and earth, but it seems that this intercontinental with such location could be more interesting to design.

Hotel and location are fine. However, all Inter Continental hotels seem to have the same problem — the mattress often causes back pain.
The hotel staff nevertheless made an effort and much has been done to make the guest happy.

Excellent is every way. We arrived early and our room wasn't available but that didn't worry us. Check in was fast and service by Anastasia was excellent. She was very professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had room on Club Intercontinental floor. This entitled us access to Club Lounge. The lounge was very comfortable, waiter staff very friendly and excellent in their job. Fast Wi-Fi throughout hotel. We needed to print rail tickets out so used the business center. We checked out in the Club Lounge, Anna, was very helpful. This is up there with the best Intercontinental Hotels we have stayed at throughout the world. We recommend this hotel when you visit Moscow.

Perhaps a bit unfair, but I believe the 5-stars allow me to be demanding: I absolutely miss a pool in this hotel and ironing my shirts was painful, the iron barely heated. Now having said that, staff was very friendly and the breakfast with the chef's specials was one of the better I have seen in a hotel. So weigh your preferences.

Stayed two nights. 5 stars for breakfast serving staffs' hospitality and hard work, 4 stars for reception, 3 stars for security staff. Rooms are comfortablely setup. Bed is extremely pleasing as always.

Cozy Lobby bar. Often use for negotiations or just sit-work. Unobtrusive quiet music, muted conversations hotel guests do not interfere with the focus.

My guest lived here for 10 days and want to say "thank you" to the hotel. She had a very positive impression of the city and the country in many ways due to the conditions of residence. The staff was polite and friendly. There was always a great room cleaning service. Everyone spoke English. I was also comfortable at any time to pick up and return it to the hotel. We were very pleased with this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Intercontinental Tverskaya is ideally located close to the Red Square. Their cuisine is great and their people are really nice! I was very well supported by Anna from the Business Center : Anna kindly helped me to solve a difficult issue in a very friendly way: many thanks Anna! I recommend Intercontinental for all those reasons.
