Hi it was a very bad behaviour by the staff at the reception. Specially michel he was very rude, unprofessional, hell lot of attitude, irresponsible and jst don’t want to help the guest not fits right to do his job… infact his colleague Albert, Anna, yuruy were very generous and helpful albert infact helped me to get my luggage in the hotel we had 14 bags as we are a big family n kept requesting michel to send the bellboy but he jst ignored us and didn’t bother to respond us properly. He told there is no option u should get it by your own self and when we requested Albert to help us he himself came out and took all the luggage inside the hotel n dropped it to the rooms as well … I have attached his pic so who ever is visiting please don’t deal with michel he is jst too much.

The rooms are verry good. Only at the restaurant they forgot my whole order. After 50 minutes we had to leave and I ate nothing and left beaond mad.

Hotel iş very good. It's not far from old city center. Clean and all medals very good.

The location is ok, not too far away from the center. If you take uber it will cost you around 250 rubli. The rooms are nice, good fitness gym and service. Breakfast is also diverse, a lot of selection for Chinese people. Overall I can really recommend this hotel for business or tourism travel.

What I liked is clean spacious rooms, very tasty and varied breakfasts.
What I didn't like:
1. Very poor soundproofing in the room.
2. The make-up mirror is located high and it was very difficult for me to apply makeup when I was 160.
3. Weak room lighting, just relax in the room light is enough, but if you decide to use the iron and ironing board that are in each room, the light is not enough. Therefore, ironing accessories in each room in such lighting — it is absolutely meaningless investment.

A good business hotel is always top notch! And I was there for the show "smart Moscow" (it is by no means advertising) just want to say that who the show sometimes spend in this hotel and it is interesting not only for children but also for adults they have a site on this who is interested to look at.

Nothing to say about the hotel itself, the décor is beautiful and cozy. We were on the master class "smart Moscow", on the topic of medicine, which was fascinating and useful not only for children, but also for adults. Definitely recommend to go to any master class.

Stuck in an elevator with two kids. The manager call is not working. My offer to show a copy of the internal passport (photo) or send a notarized copy (scanned) of the internal passport — I refused. Also I have had a driving licence — it also didn't help. The first words I was permitted to check into pre-paid and confirmed room, not even checking, and without a glance in my passport — which I was extremely surprised and discouraged. The refusal was so emphatic that he knocked me up. After talking with the hotel Manager, the only option was a refund to the card within two weeks. I had to agree to move into a 5-star hotel on the other side of the Moscow river using a passport. P. S. Previously often stayed in HolidayInn network in Moscow, including using a foreign passport. The incident history spoiled the impression from this chain of hotels.

I lived in an executive room with single occupancy. In the room everything was excellent, only a little light, and the water in the shower had a very weak head, wash the head is almost impossible. Everything was good with the exception of one of the front desk representatives called "Vitaly" I think he works in the mornings. I had two reservations one for a twin bed for 12-31-2015 and one for a king bed for 01-01-2016. Well this was my experience, I went down to the front desk on 01-01-16 I said Hello to Vitaly, first he did not greet me back with Hello How are you? or something like that. Second I told him that I have a reservation for a King bed for 01-01-2016. He pretended to watch his computer screen and he said You have a double twin bed reservation for 01-01-2016. And he said you stay in your current room anyway. What kind of customer service is this? This guy is rude, he is a liar because once in my room I checked my confirmation email for my room and indeed it was a king bed for 01-01-2016. Pretty disappointed with this person not with the whole personnel working there.

Great place to stay. One minus: free internet is only 128K — very slow, can't even load email. For faster internet you have to pay something like $20 per day.

New, affordable hotel. Rooms are quite and equipped with wired free internet, aircon and minibar charges automatically what you take. Restaurant is ok but not the best you can get.
