Nice hotel in the heart of Moscow on a quiet street. Friendly attitude to the guests. All questions are solved quickly. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. Discounts are available at nearby restaurants. I recommend to everyone.

In the first window in the ceiling, no one warns that you will be given such a number. But you pay as normal. Very dark! As in the basement! A terrible stink in the room and especially in the bathroom. A double bed is simply connected by 2 single beds. Back pain is guaranteed to you! It's very stuffy, but if you open the window, you can not fall asleep because of the smell of exhaust fumes and the noise of cars. The door for some reason opened only with 2-3 attempts. It was hell. All the furniture was shabby and Soviet, repair had to be done about 5 years ago. TV channels are only designed for Russians. Breakfast is not included in the price! At the same time they are served between the reception and the elevator. You sit there, and people walk by you in clothes and with suitcases. What an idiot came to mind to file seeds in such a place, and even take money for it. The breakfast itself is very meager, with a choice of sausage and eggs, lots of eggs … The bar is located in the same place and even there is no normal beer in it, the choice is the least. The Internet is extremely slow and constantly flies.

The rooms were a little bit old, and the shower needed a little bit of maintenance. Nevertheless, it was a fair price. The service were really nice and proffesional. The location is ideal, near to metro, to Red Square and Kremlin, and in the same street as many coffees and restarurants.

Best price-location-service. In heart of moscow, near everysing. Big rooms, heating floors, but small shower rooms. Very quiet and clean. Stuff is very helpful. From hotel you can get 10% discount to Vatrushka restoraunt.

Stayed in this hotel in the first week of May 2014 with my wife. For some reason, with no explanation or warning, the front desk chose to give us a room with a disabled bathroom. Since we've never been in one, we didn't realize that it is a disabled bathroom. So for a week, we've suffered in the toilet and while having bath in the 80cm X 80cm shower cabinet. I've uploaded the photos, if you'd like to have a look at. Only while checking out, the representative told us that that particular room is the only one in the hotel and couldn't tell us why we were given that room. Ignorant attitude, made me feel. The staff of the hotel is kind and helpful, no complaints there but the rooms' floors are covered with thick carpets, which are almost impossible to clean properly. So you can imagine what happens when you step on the carpet after having a shower. Some other visitor's hair stick to your foot. And the same carpet of course causes a bad smell in the rooms. I say roomS, because we've been in more than one room. The Wi-Fi coverage is weak and the access points are hard to connect but once you get to connect, the bandwidth looks reasonable. I'd give a two-star only but the kind hotel staff deserved one more. So there you go, three stars. It's okay.
