The rooms are not bad, but not every day cleaned. Breakfast (buffet) but not very tasty. It's a mean thing.

Very warm and clean. The center of Moscow. Three underground lines in 5 minutes.

Lived in the room standard, the feeling that returned to the Soviet years. Everywhere the smell of the kitchen, the furniture is old, the rooms are the size of a bed.

The hotel room was very clean. Working day and night air conditioner did not cope with the room size and especially not rescued. Old wooden windows that are very hard to open. Old furniture, dirty walls. The hallway is old, broken furniture, ragged carpet. The rooms are very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quickly found a store. Excellent service and approach to customers. Without a purchase have not gone. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

The main entrance is on a side street but only 1t minute walk to the city centre. Good hotel clean and a great breakfast recommend this place.

Breakfast in the hotel is just super! Huge selection and everything is very tasty! The hotel room was improved by some kind. The bathroom was nice. She was at the bed, and not fully open it, because she rested into bed. At night, when visiting the toilet, with the habit of this door strongly beats the bed and scares the sleeping.

The hotel is extremely disappointing. The staff and receptionists are shockingly rude and apathetic. The breakfast served in the buffet is bad. The rooms fortunately are alright for the price. I would not recommend this hotel.

It is a little run down on the outside and the hotel is dated, but it offers a lot of value close to a metro station. The staff were friendly and the room was clean (although on the small side, but I did stay in a single room). It is off the main streets, but found it a good base at a cheap price when visiting Moscow.

Very convenient location. Quiet nice. All requests were fulfilled. Rooms warm and even hot (at — 15 Street and we disconnected the battery). Good breakfasts. Tv bad catches very few channels, but we come not to watch tv. Wi-Fi worked, but in the evening when apparently everything came back to the hotel has stagnated.

The handle on the Cabinet door falls off, the TV remote not working, card entrance door but the door does not open long. And so all is well and conveniently located, including in relation to the area of the three stations.

Of the benefits only the proximity to 3 metro stations. Of the minuses — a terrible stuffiness in the room (was only saved by air conditioning), aggressive maids, night time at the reception worked drunk (but friendly) receptionist, HORRIBLE smoke-filled halls, in a jazz club is not very understanding waiters. The noise from the construction is not very bothered, because in the morning go. Conclusion: not worth the money. Much more comfortable to live on the outskirts of Moscow, the benefit of the metro allows.

Service and maintenance of the hotel, deserves 4 stars. Calm, kind and helpful staff. Have the opportunity to hear jazz concerts.

Hotel Ulanskaya in excess needs no praise. Having been once, you will become a regular visitor as I am. The hotel is worthy of praise.
