Hotel on the Cover. It's a great location. The whole center of Moscow is within walking distance. Minimum noise, a small square in front of the hotel. Very interesting, modern room design. Good breakfast. And surprised by the cost of the room, the competition made the words "Moscow prices" no longer relevant.

My favorite hotel in Moscow. Reasonably priced, friendly staff everywhere, decent breakfast although they could have some vegan options and nice, large rooms.

Nice, calm, cozy, small hotel in the center of the city in a quiet place. The hotel has a good restaurant and spa — salon "Alhoterm" which took the 1st place in 2015. There is a sauna, hammam and swimming pool.

The overall interior decoration is a little bit out dated but still very nice experience. Price quality a good hotel for business stays if you want an appartment instead of a standard hotel room.

Clean and modern rooms. Good location — 5 minutes walk to restaurants, bars, cafes. 3 minutes walk to garden ring. But to reach metro station, you have to walk 10-15 minutes. Supermarket is opposite.

In this hotel in the center of Moscow I found myself on business so I can not judge all the services that are available to guests staying here.
Clean, cozy, unusual color design of the hall, furniture.
The guests are respectable, business people, couples with children, completely different contingent, but once they choose this place for temporary residence, it means a high level of service, comfort and reliable security.

The hotel is not worth 5 stars. Clean rooms, quaint hostess, but all some of that unfinished. For example to the coffee machine was instruction from another coffee machine, expensive breakfast. But super location of course.

Staff are excellent my first room had some issues that were dealt with very well. The location is good but not near a Metro station but is very near bus stops.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, large rooms with good furnishings. Good breakfast and good price. Helpful reception. My second visit. On the next trip to Moscow gladly again! Recommended!

About Hotel Super. A solid five. The rooms are big, beautiful, coffee, tea, slippers, robes, a bunch of towels. In general, everything is right. The service is excellent.
There is a SPA center. It has Hamam, a Finnish sauna and a swimming pool.
But. A small minus — SPA is open until 11 p. M. It's upsetting. I would like to swim later and warm up.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, spacious rooms. Of the Cons: weak heating, the battery is slightly warm, the towel dryer does not work, the condo does not work in heating mode.

The room is small, but everything is necessary. The lobby bar is pretty, but the bartender doesn't know the recipe for a cocktail from the menu. The truth after the indication of this friendly agreed and redone correctly. The most ridiculous decision of the administration is the need for a bathing suit and bathrobe to descend from the room and walk through the lobby when visiting the pool. When in one elevator people go in a robe and a fur coat, it's funny.

There is a spa which includes a swimming pool, hammam and sauna. To visit it you need a swimsuit, bathrobe (from the room) and slippers. We went down in a robe and slippers. For valuable things there are lockers. The room is not very comfortable, we stayed on the 2nd floor. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant we were attending in the evening, the menu is meager.

At the Meat and More 14 restaurant. 12.2017 was our corporate evening. It's a great venue for large-scale events! The interior is so well designed that it does not require additional decor. The service, the staff, beyond praise! The quality of food did not leave indifferent any guest, which is an eloquent indicator of the quality of the kitchen. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire restaurant staff, and especially to the manager — Alena Pertseva, for the responsible attitude and interest in the positive result of all the issues that arise both before and during the event itself.
I am happy to recommend this platform to those who intend to hold events for their company.

Try to avoid using credit or debit card in this hotel, because it is very big chance that they will double charge you and you will end up chasing for refund for long time like I am chasing now,.

We were given no questions and no prior agreements to film interviews with a famous person. We are very grateful for the care and service.

Nice hotel in comfortable location. In only 15 minutes walking it's possible to be in city center. 10 minutes to the closest Metro station. Full of nice bars and restaurants in the surroundings. My room was spacious, clean and with nice furniture. Bathroom was completely new with big shower. SPA has little pool, sauna, hammam, solarium and massage center. The only cons was mattress, not so comfortable.

For me this hotel is the best in MOSCOW. Very popular for different TV-shows. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfasts.

Very nice hotel in the center of Moscow.

The place was awesome and it resembled a palace. When we arrived a person came to us almost immediately and loaded our luggage on the trolley. The reception desk had some potent English speakerswhich really awesome (Russians do not study english). We arrived at 7 in the morn and though our suite was occupied they gave us a small room to stay. However we were surprised when the people turned a blind eye upon a thieving taxi driver (we went to the Kremlin for 600 rouble but when we returned the taxi driver without a meter named a price of1251 rou). The dining options were expensive and not up to Mark. Our suite (junior) was huge and when we asked them for a rice cooker they cooperated. Must stay.

Crappy Hotel!. Lived in room 314. There would be auditor. The room is 23000р a bottle of cheap champagne Abrau Durso 2500 R, even no kettle in the room, carpet dirty, the TVs are old and noisy. I lived with a family of 4 people. The restaurant is delicious, Breakfast for 1500на people are sad, the hotel five stars, I would give 2максимум! Went to the Spa, too expensive and pointless. I do not recommend, better city space or Moscow city.

Very comfortable accommodation and great staff.

Centre. Excellent noise-isolation rooms, just don't take the number 2 and 3 floors on the side of the restaurant. Up to 23.0000 can be nice, but not crucial. Cool beds with excellent mattresses. Very clean and quality bedding. A kitchenette where you can prepare yourself. Products across the street in "Magnolia" at very reasonable prices for the Centre. Coffee maker with tasty Rod coffee. Breakfast is pretty decent. Spa Centre is included in the price. Two baths, Hamam, after sleep. A small swimming pool, massage. Gym. Free parking for cars. In total five points!

I had the chance to stay at the Mamaison hotel on Pokrovka during my stay in Russia; I can just encourage you to do so. The personal is really attentive and caring, rooms are confortable, and the spa zone is very relaxing after a day of visits. Last but not least, the hotel is really well located, just 30 minutes walking from Moscow Red Square.
