Located in the city centre, not far from the Kazan station. In an ordinary house, in the style of a communal apartment. Clean but very budget. Storage room without Windows, where the inserted bed. The place is decent, clean, tidy, the woman receptionist is kind. But the photo on the site does not show what room actually. The couple with the husband barely fit. Such a place should be called a hostel, not a hotel. The place is suitable only for those who need somewhere to sleep.

Good economy class hotel. There are 2 types of rooms-one is very simple (bed, table, chair, hanger and TV), the second-a standard room (+ large size of the room, refrigerator, kettle, bathroom with shower).
Of the minuses-very thin walls, almost paper-soundproofing is very bad.
But the price/quality ratio-the hotel is good, the service is pleasant, everything is clean and tidy. Ideal for those on a business trip, or for a young family without children.

Very good location, a few blocks from the Metro and train stations from where the Siberian. While they don't speak any English at the front desk, they are very friendly.
