I really enjoyed it. Settled for earlier. The departure was extended for an hour for free. Friendly staff. Shuttle to the terminals every 30 minutes. Good buffet.

I have booked this hotel two months ahead of time by mistake. We tried to contact managers for over a month to cancel this reservation. They did not respond for the first several emails. The calls were answered by the front desk who promised to pass the messages to a manager. Finally they decided not to issue any refunds and stick to their policy — that is non refundable nights. Very typical for Russia. Anyway I am able to cancel the charges through my bank but I don't see any reasons for being so money oriented instead of taking care of their customers. — Add to the reply from Manager. Just for your note it is normal in other countries to refund the funds especially when people making mistakes and call right after the reservation is done. Basically your approach is: "haha, that it your problem, our valued customer". That is not how the customers are treated in the most places.

A run down shabby looking place No hot water supply in the bathroom by late evening. Very simple breakfast menu. Small breakfast place. Crowded. Sun shines right into ones eyes. Not a comfortable place. Not enjoying. Don't see any smiling faces.

A great hotel on the airport grounds. From Terminal D, the hotel is free in a special minibus. All the hotel staff are very polite and friendly people.
The rooms are clean and cozy. Very tasty and varied breakfasts.

Not a bad hotel near Sheremetyevo, from which every 15 minutes runs a free shuttle bus. 5-10 minutes away. But it's a long one.

I always stay at that hotel. Very friendly, clean, the girls at the front desk help with everything you need. Breakfast is also good. Good service and food at the restaurant.

You are kidding me. This hotel has a 4.0 review? So over priced for the quality. We have stayed here twice with a total of four rooms and the AC has worked 50% of the time. The Wi-Fi in the end rooms is horrible. The breakfast was cold and is embarrassing. The walk-in “closet” was pathetic and the toilet in our bathroom was so close to the counter it was uncomfortable. All the other reviews on here are mediocre and the hotel replies with a “I’m sorry, we will make it better next time you come” if you’re reading this, I would like a refund.

The room is clean. The mattress is comfortable, the pillow is empty, the bathroom is clean. Breakfast is simple, no frills. The shuttle from the terminal runs every half hour.

First room was dated with broken ac, and hearing that wouldn't turn off on a 25C day. Finally got moved to a newer but smaller room which was much better. Staff was helpful but there was a bit of a language barrier to contend with. Shuttle to airport was punctual and frequent. Overall would stay again.

Check in ok but first room given was no good as it was extremely hot in the room. Air conditioning just in fan mode and can't be changed. Central heating on as well and no control to turn off. Windows also opened minimumly. Talked to front desk, initially indicated that since hotel is central heating, there's nothing they can do. It is only when I insist and they had a repair man come to look at the air conditioning, the repairman then recommend that we switch rooms. Finally the front desk switch us to another room that actually have working air conditioning.

Basic airport hotel. Not many facilities but clean and tidy.

The biggest plus is near Sheremetyevo. Transfer to and from the airport. Very interesting Family Pack. The room is ordinary. To spend time before departure are wonderful.

Great hotel. Each time we stop at a long docking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. And of course close to the airport.

The room is not the cleanest. San Knot, Norma. Bathrobe, slippers, toothpaste and brush are only on demand. Breakfast is good, food is fresh. Friendly staff.

A hotel with lots of rooms. In the immediate vicinity of the airport. There's a parking lot. It costs 200p a night.
The rooms are clean, quite comfortable. No frills and luxury. It's just the essentials. Breakfasts are expensive and skimpy. I wouldn't recommend it.

Завтрак нормальный. В номере чисто. В санузле есть некоторые неудобства: смеситель течет, туалет шатается, диспенсер для бумажных салфеток плохо работает. Персонал приветливый. Есть бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта Шереметьево.

Very close to the airport. Pro tip — directly walk in to radisson attached to the airport and then walk outside from the ground floor to get in to park inn. Its much faster and better than taking the shuttle.

Not a bad hotel, can be reached on foot from the terminal (exit via Raddison Blue or from the Aeroexpress terminal). There is a shuttle service to the terminals. From the pros-early (but not very varied) breakfast. The only downside is the hotel restaurant (there is nowhere else to go, and the quality of the restaurant at 3ku)

The hotel is very nice, and you can easily walk there from the Aeroexpress. However, the shuttle to the terminals goes only twice per hour, and the traffic is usually bad, so despite the proximity it can take about 20 min to get to the terminal. So, plan ahead.

I have stayed at parkinn (which is adjacent to the Sheremeteyevo airport) several times for short durations. The hotel is clean, safe, staff is courteous and helpful, breakfast is ok (not too great) and the rooms are generally small with minimal interiors. But thats how parkinn use to be at most of the places. I would recommend it for short stays (up to 2 days). It is not advisable for longer stays as they seems to have cut corners in almost every possible ways. The hotel is pretty far from the Moscow city center. There is good metro connectivity to the city. There is a shuttle available every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. When the weather is good (not very cold/ raining), I prefer to walk down to the airport or vice a versa. But generally its better to take the shuttle. Typically most of the rooms have an LED TV, mini fridge, coffee maker etc. The bad part I've noticed is that the room service dont bother to even replenish the toiletries unless specifically asked for. There are no safes available in the room. The toilets smell bad.

Location All you have to eat. The rooms are clean. The food is adequate. The hotel is a free shuttle bus from the airport. The hotel is close to the metro station.

Difficult to get to the hotel by deficiency in the signs otherwise OK.

The choice of this hotel was based on the fact that we had a late arrival and very early flight through the DAY. In this plan is very convenient, especially that every half hour from the hotel to the airport there is a free shuttle service. The room at first glance was clean but someone's hair on the dryer and clinging lollipop on the menu spoiled the Impression. The menu for booking in the room, by the way, is rather scarce. The room itself is nice: carpeting, curtains, linens quite new, large closet. Amused Tv: all the inscriptions on the screen were shown in mirror Reflection. The room is warm, a little stuffy, but the windows open on airing in two Positions. Wi-fi was a delight. The staff at the front desk are very lovely.

The only good thing is that it's close to the airport (you can walk to terminal D or take the shuttle that leaves every 30 min). As for the rest — the best word is shabby!

I was going to take the shuttle bus to SVO. But I misunderstood the location of shuttle bus stop and missed first bus. So I waited outside in order to take next bus because I didn't want to miss the bus again. However the next bus did not come on the time because of a problem with the wheel. But the employee did not let me know about the delay of the shuttle bus even though I was waiting outside in this freezing weather. That was a very unpleasant experience ever! P. S. The bath room smelled really bad.

Nice clean, great breakfast but to few plugs in the room to charge electronics.

Bathroom was tight. Room was sparsely decorated. There was no free coffee. Water cooler empty and out of cups. A. C. Wouldn't get cool. Bed wasn't very comfy, but I felt safe staying there and very, very convenient to trains and airport.

No fridge nor safe in room. Also the windows won't even open properly. Ussr remnant. Very pricey compared to outside.

I've stayed for one night. Unfortunately I forgot my phone charger in the room and when realized (the check out day) I called the hotel only to be told the cleaning crew didn't found anything. This is not a professional behaviour from a hotel that charges more than 100 euros per night. Be carefull to clean out your room before you leave … whatever you forget you won't get it back ☹☹☹☹

Very nice staff that actually made a big difference and made us stay this time, but we doubt we are staying at a Park Inn again. Our room AC only had a heat option, it was so hot we had to open the windows and listen to a nearby construction noises with a toddler trying to nap. Mentioned this to a front desk employee and she replied it has been an ongoing issue. The dinner was cold and tasteless. Free internet was working 3 seconds at a time, horrible connection. A bathroom lacked the bare minumum toilettries. Asked for a couple of bottled waters and got another set of a robe instead with no waters. Dirty stained carpet and walls (! ) In the room. Pluses were great location (right by the airport) and a free shuttle. $82 a night for all this is a little too much, don't you think…

Cosy, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good children's menu and prices are reasonable. And next to Terminal d.

Great option when you need a hotel close to Sheremetyevo. Walking distance. And rooms are great too.

Cozy clean room, drinking water, Wi-Fi, from terminal E, walk 5 min, relatively inexpensive room. There was a refrigerator and Slippers in the room.

The child very much. Convenient location, friendly staff. Negative — from the Shuttle to the entrance takes a long time to lift the Luggage, not good ramp.

No minibar in standard rooms! Bridge to terminal is great. Bare minimum equipment in gym but great sauna. Nice rooms and good beds. Ok internet speed.

Registration for a long time before departure, with the Moscow traffic jams is very important. There are no expensive, airport standards, cafe, free Wi-Fi Internet access, shops, for smokers, smoking that has now become rare, conveniently located restrooms, interestingly a lot of them look.
Of the minuses on arrival is in run tinkered gut, and then another bus carrying, though it's probably not feature-quality design. Otherwise, modern and convenient Terminal.

This is horrible hotel and you should avoid it if you can. There is no logistic what's so ever. From the moment I walked in to this hotel I knew that something is not right. I got checked in and went to the room that had a 15 inch TV on the wall and 2 broken single bad with the spring mattresses from Toys R US kids size. (on the 8th floor). On one of the bad I found a hair right on the pillow. I called at front desk and asked for a different room. They offered me different room, almost identical. I told them that I refuse to sleep on broken bad for $300 per night and told them that this is total miss-advertisement. After 15-30 minutes of battle they took me to the 5th floor that has nice rooms and asked me if I would like to stay here. This room is small, but nice to stay. in the morning I am taking a shower and I thought that there is somebody in my room. I opened the door, guess what? maid is cleaning my room, and she asked me if she should leave. Parking — I came with the car, at front desk asked me if I want to park on the paid parking for 200 rubles a day (~$6), I asked if they suggesting me to take my car upstairs? I paid for my parking, but next day after long working day, security did not let me go to the parking. I had to go to the lobby first pay 200 rub again, and they had my CC on file than wait, and only than I could of park the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "HOTEL" oh and I do speak Russian, and the staff doesn't.
