➜ The rooms are nice but there is no air conditioning. To some, this will seem critical. In one room, the cavrolin is on the floor in another laminate. Some of the rooms overlook the road, it's a bit noisy. In my opinion the best rooms are in the yard, and it's quiet and the sun is gone. There's a parking lot. You can iron your underwear in the ironing room on the second floor. There's a refectory. Breakfast buffet 300 rubles per person. I'd rather eat somewhere else.
➜ Nice cozy hotel in 100 meters from the entrance to Lavra. There is a parking with a traffic system to enter-you need to reserve a room in advance. The place is very atmospheric.

This place has a restaurant open to all. It os very cheap and the food is quite tasty for the price. It is a bit of a struggle to get there as the entrance is through a parking lot gate and then through a smallish door on your right once on the courtyard. Menu is in Russian only, so I went for a topical dish as I can't read Cyrillic. I wasn't disappointed. As it is very close to the monastery and affordable, I would highly recommend this place.
