On the 1st floor there are: a guest room, a 60-inch TV, a karaoke speaker, light music, a playstation, a kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, slow cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hob, kettle, extractor hood), dishes and cooking utensils for 25 people, bathroom, toilet, bedroom with bunk and double beds, a bedroom with a double bed, bed linen and towels for face and body (for an additional fee), for convenience there is a table and a chair in the bedroom, a terrace with a beautiful view of the picturesque forest equipped with a table and chairs. On the 2nd floor there are two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with three folding two-seater sofas. Next to the house there is a canopy with a barbecue, skewers and a grill for steaks.

On the 1st floor there are: a guest room, very spacious, designed for up to 55 people, a comfortable area with sofas, an 80-inch TV, a 1000W speaker, a playstation 4, a kitchen combined with a living room equipped with modern appliances (two dishwashers, two spacious refrigerators, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a hob, a slow cooker, two kettle, extractor hood), as well as dishes and cooking utensils, a shower with shampoo and body gel, two toilets, two bedrooms with large double beds, bed linen and towels for face and body (for an additional fee), there is a TV with Internet access, for convenience there is a table and a chair in the bedroom, a terrace with a beautiful view of the picturesque forest. On the ground floor there is a club with a bar, a dance floor with light music, billiards, a cinema, and a comfortable area with sofas where you can smoke a hookah (if there is a colaud and a net for a bowl, hookahs are not provided).
