➜ Very nice house with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house has everything you need. There is a grill in front of the house. You can mentally sit outside with a barbecue. The hostess was very friendly, she allowed us to pick apples and pears from her garden, and also helped us find a guide for the excursion to Valaam. Sunrises on the lake are excellent. In general, I really liked everything.
➜ There is a lake nearby, the area is calm. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but this is rather a plus. Grocery store 10 minutes walk.
Everything you need is available, all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking, microwave, refrigerator, sink. The shower room is also fully equipped. The house is made very well, not hastily put together — everything is where it should be.
The hostess met us; if you had any questions, you could go to her house or call, all issues were resolved quickly and comfortably. The hostess makes a good impression. We arrived ahead of time (relevant for Muscovites) — the hostess placed our things and while we went to get acquainted with the local cuisine after the train journey, the room was prepared. Wifi is very fast.

The house is located in Sortavala, in the private sector, right on the lake. Within walking distance is the "Viking Bastion" — a local landmark. There is a separate bathhouse — very good, I recommend it. The house-room has a kitchen, a terrace with a table, and a bathroom with shower. Everything is clean and beautiful. In the summer, I think there is no end to customers. We liked everything, we will come again.
