The apartment has 6 beds and has everything you need for living and recreation: clean bed linen and towels, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, dishes and kettle, as well as TV and wi-fi. A travel guide magazine is provided for guests, in which they can get acquainted with all the sights of the Kaliningrad region in colorful illustrations (from castles, historical villages, cheese factories to natural parks).

Bright and spacious apartments consisting of 3 rooms in a historic house overlooking the green Botanical Garden will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located opposite the main entrance to the Botanical Garden of the city, so from our windows in the warm season you will find a green landscape and the sounds of birdsong. Within walking distance from the house (10-15 minutes on foot) is the main and favorite walking area of all local residents – the embankment of Lake Superior and Yunost Park, where you can stroll along the landscaped paths along the lake, enjoying the water surface and green vegetation, ride on a Ferris wheel and see the city from above, rent a catamaran for a walk along to the lake, walk to the Amber Museum and have dinner at the panoramic Ogonyok restaurant.

Nearby there is the most delicious bakery in the city, many restaurants and pizzerias, and from a public transport stop (5 minutes on foot) you will reach the very center of the city in 10 minutes – Pobedy Square, from where you can continue a walking route along Leninsky Prospekt in the Hanseatic style to Kant Island and the museum quarter.
