We were passing through. We couldn’t find a roadside hotel, so we had to drive into the city. And they didn’t regret it. A week later we went back and also stayed in a guest house. There is a private parking lot — closed. Clean rooms, plenty of towels, bathrobes. Breakfast is included in the price, choice of three options. The only thing is that the water pressure is not very strong.

Gorgeous guest house! Parking in the inner house, very clean beautiful rooms, good quality bed linen, bathrobes and slippers, shampoo, soap, shower gel, safe, water, refrigerator, beautiful interior decoration. Photos correspond. Delicious inexpensive breakfasts (300 rubles), lunches and dinners. We are glad! :)

We lived in the hotel for almost 2 weeks, so I can safely tell you about both the pros and cons that made me give 4* instead of five.
PLUSES:
— Close to the center, everything is within walking distance.
— Spacious, new rooms.
— Everything is clean, daily cleaning.
— Two air conditioners per room (comfort)
— Not bad breakfasts at any time convenient for you.
— Comfortable bed and furniture.
— Excellent sound insulation — no noise from neighbors couldn't be heard.
MINUSES that the hotel could well correct.
— There is no kettle or tea making facilities in the room (on request you only had to go ask every day)
— The sheets were without elastic, bunched together every day.
— It was It would be nice to expand the list of breakfasts or make them more variable: for example, you choose your own hot dishes, bread, fruit, etc. Eating the same thing for two weeks was stressful. Well, the fact that you need to clearly say breakfast time is also not always convenient, especially if you are a tourist and you don’t have specific plans for the day.
— No normal coffee. Even for money it’s not coffee, but some kind of mud.
— The mattress on the bed is sad — when one turns over, the other wakes up… and the size of the bed in the Comfort rooms could be larger.
— Outdated hairdryer.
MINUSES, which are unlikely to be corrected, but they exist.

A huge room, although of economy class — two full rooms. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. The location is convenient to walk to Kirov Street (local Arbat).
Unless the kitchen is not very tasty breakfasts and instant coffee; but these are minor quibbles, overall everything is fine.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Everything is clean, tidy. Near Chelyabinsk "Arbat" and a chain of restaurants. Good breakfast.

Just one night. But I liked everything, nice room, all shower accessories, bathrobe, comfortable mattress. Delicious breakfast with samovar and bagels. The main advantage is that it is next to Arbat (Kirova Street), everything is within walking distance. The only negative is that you can hear the trams passing, but only in the morning) )

Wonderful hotel! My husband liked it very much! Clean, cozy, comfortable, delicious Breakfast brought to us straight in a room (for a fee). For the couple made a 20% discount. The only negative in the fridge was a delay. And we all were satisfied and would give it back!

The rooms have little Windows and weird smells in the bathroom.
