Very customer oriented service. The reception is professional. I especially want to highlight Daria! Super hotel for 3 stars. I've lived in 4 star hotels where it was much worse. Great breakfast. The main courses change every day, which is mostly rare. The rooms are clean. Towels were changed every day. Hairdryer, iron, safe.
There was not enough refrigerator. He's not there at all. Even the smallest one, the size of a safe, would be suitable)

I liked the breakfast. Everything is fresh, the waiters update the display all the time. The assortment of hot dishes was different every day.
It was not possible to access the Internet via Wi-Fi. There is Wi-Fi, but no authentication is requested when connecting and diagnostics show that the connection is not secure. True, I did not contact the hotel service about this.

The restaurant downstairs is delicious and the price is reasonable, you don’t need to go anywhere to look for it, the food in the restaurant is good. The hotel staff is up to the mark, from the friendly security guard who helped with parking to the masters of cleanliness, the receptionist is friendly.

I love this hotel chain. We stayed in these hotels in different cities. Always clean. The rooms are spacious. The rooms have everything you need. Excellent breakfasts.
There were a huge number of children in the hotel.
Nobody took care of them and they simply spread around the hotel and disturbed other guests.
This is rather a complaint not to the hotel, but to those adults who accompanied the children.

I booked this hotel a month before the New Year. I booked through the official website. Very nice girls on the phone, they arranged everything and said that they were looking forward to seeing us!
And now December 31st has arrived! The whole family (two children, 12 and 9 years old) drove 6 hours, arrived happy, and away we go!
My husband forgot his passport at home! I had mine with me! We approach the registration desk and we are met with a straight face by Ivan, the receptionist, who says that without the original passport he will not check us in! I remind you December 31st 18:00. We begin to ask, beg, children with frightened faces! I understand that we are to blame ourselves! But Ivan didn’t even try to help us as a human being! The husband himself began to offer options for leaving us at the hotel and at least celebrating the New Year with us, to which Ivan said that he would call security and at 23:00 my husband would be taken out of the room! This was the last straw!
The hotel security guard looked at all this and he suggested to us at least other hotels in Voronezh (we were in this city for the first time), the hotel security guard tried to help us, and not Ivan, the face of the hotel! You are Hilton, a global network! What's going on with you? I don’t believe that one document is so important! My husband offered both the license and documents for the car!

Already fourth stay in Hampton Voronezh last two years. Perfect quality vs. Price ratio and I truly hope they’ve taken my improvement ideas for breakfast:)

Comfortable, convenient, nicely predictable.

No safe, no refrigerator, a lot of things yet… Not perfectly clean… It's only a comparison with a similar room in hilton Volgograd, and more.

This HAMPTON in Voronezh we liked, everyone was friendly, the gym is great, brought robes in 2 minutes after we asked for them. The Breakfast is very average, but the three stars do not expect delights. We drive past — I just can't stop.
