The rooms have dirty floors, traces of dirty feet, traces of slate on the ceiling in the summer house, the room equipment does not correspond to what was stated. The food is terrible, it is not worth the money paid for the food. They ask to transfer money to a card, they don’t provide an agreement, they don’t want to return the money, guided by the illegal rules of the hotel, which are only in words. The complaint book is filled out with violations; the director refers by phone to some other director, who allegedly makes a decision on the return. They are misleading. They also have 2 websites with different office addresses. If you don’t like something and decide to leave, get ready to go straight to court for your money, collect all receipts and screenshots of correspondence, as well as recordings of conversations when booking.

We booked and stayed in the Scandinavia house. Two bedrooms, kitchen-living room. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the towels are white. The house has two air conditioners, a water heater, a microwave, and a stove for cooking. The house is a little tired, but overall everything is fine. Not close to the beach. Need to go for a walk. In general, the area is large, green, but not very well maintained. The grass was mowed and okay) ) )
We bought food — breakfasts and lunches. Here it is much, much weaker than another well-known recreation center near Voronezh. For breakfast they never gave me butter, cheese, or sausages once. Porridge, omelet or porridge and casserole, porridge and pancakes. Tea. This is all. There were no pastries, no butter, no cheese, very, very modest. Lunch — salad, soup, main course and compote. I am attaching a photo of the bread… in a word, the food is very, very modest, although lunches cost 400 rubles. Take them or not, decide for yourself.

We arrived for a few days to relax in mid-May, the season has not yet started, so the dining room is not open, there is no service, and on weekdays there is no administration on site at all. We rented a suite in a cottage for two, when we moved in we found dirty dishes, not dusty, but used and not washed, i. E. The level of preparation of the room is far from luxury. In general, the holiday turned out to be pleasant thanks only to nature and the absence of people. Given these conditions, the price does not correspond to the quality.

Couldn't check in. Firstly, the hotel has 2 websites. The first one can be found through a search, and the second, newer one, has a link in the hotel’s VK group. Initially I tried to contact via WhatsApp, but after reading it, they safely ignored me. Then I found a link to a more modern site where there is online booking. There you could see the availability of rooms and book online. Reservation confirmation was sent by email. And although I read that an advance payment is required, the site did not offer me this function and no one contacted me. Well, I think, okay, maybe it’s not critical, maybe it’s not the season anymore and the issue of prepayment is not so relevant. I double-checked that Scandinavia Cottage was occupied for the specified date after my reservation, everything was ok. What was expected: after a walk with the family, spend the night in a comfortable, picturesque place, take a walk, get some fresh air and go home. In real life: we were driving when it was already dark along a forested, sometimes dirt road (by the way, not every car and not every driver can get through), at the very entrance there were some old dilapidated dachas and then immediately the hotel territory. The perimeter is not closed, there are doubts about security, we were able to communicate with the administrator only by phone. That is, we didn’t see anyone from the staff, only vacationers here and there. Upon entering, the smell of sewage and burnt food filled the air.

Overall the place is good, I lived in a room in the “red” house. Each room has a small kitchen, refrigerator, shower, toilet, large mirror. There is a bedside table, but the closet had no shelves (not particularly convenient, but there were hangers there).
Wi-Fi IS TERRIBLE. The rooms are basically a bunker. On the street it was still possible to get H+ or even 4G, but there was no network in the rooms. No internet, or just for calls.
BUT! The impression remained good, despite all the shortcomings.
