Excellent hotel with a magnificent SPA, friendly staff, interesting cultural events!

Terrible place, security and receptionist at the front desk. I went to find out the cost of a room to stay in this hotel, decided to shoot for his video library as staying in this hotel. Security swooped and began to forbid to remove, began to push out of the hotel. He asked for a book of complaints and suggestions to describe the situation and in the future to get explanations from the manager in relation to his guests, but was rudely sent away and thrown out by the guards on the street. On top of that, these freaks called the police and said I was attacking everyone, yelling and insulting. The worst reception I have ever seen in my life, even in the smallest provincial towns and that adequately treat people with a camera. Shame on this institution, the security and administration, it is not worthy of those 4 stars that it has!

4 star hotel. Well located in the historical part, quiet center, close to transport junctions. You can walk to the city center about five minutes. The second Corps was recently opened. The rooms are not very large, the service is decent, the prices are true high cotton wool. The food was excellent. There is a spa center, when buying a room visit for free.

Almost the best hotel in Tver, at least on the service for sure. Two buildings, interconnected, now building a third building. On site not the cheapest but very good restaurant.
