The hotel is not bad, you can even say decent. The rooms are only 11, small, one-storey, but cozy. The room has everything you need: kettle, refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers. A few drawbacks still present:

The hotel is good advise. No, the eye-stuffing, the scoop. European-style rooms. Clean and comfortable. Bed linen good quality, clean. Convenient mattress and Podushki. Disposable slippers. Individual bathrobes. The breakfasts are just a bomb. Loved.

Almost all great. The room we had pre-ventilated, the rooms are very warm! Cool linen: crisp, smooth, clean, fresh, pleasant to the touch. The room has a Bathrobe, Slippers, shampoo-soap-gels and a Hairdryer. Asked to bring a Breakfast in 25 minutes after calling the front Desk. Brought in exactly 25 minutes. The room has a kettle, tea, great compliments — candy and a bottle of water handy. The room has enough outlets. The room is spacious, failed even in the morning to do exercises without any problems. There is secure free Parking! To accept Bank cards.

Just a great hotel! Opened in November 2015 and by the summer of 2016, when we were all furniture and equipment brand new. Interior design in loft style, good location and helpful staff. Only 11 rooms, so the attention is not deprived. Nice special plus a private exit to the street with a terrace.

Great hotel. Located in the courtyard of a residential building 30 m from the main street but not noisy. Each room has its own entrance.
