➜ The staff is friendly, and so. Everything is old, everything breaks, the mattress is terrible (the feeling of a shell bed, but with a sheet). There is no hot water, the toilet does not work, a lot of audibility in the rooms. And so it's all good) )

➜ Not a bad hotel. Not five stars. The location is comfortable, the rooms are spacious. The underwear is not too clean, there are no slippers and robes in the room.

We decided to arrange a small romantic with my wife, children to my grandmother, and we went for a walk in Kaluga, movie parks, etc. We live in the Borov district. The place for the night was chosen hotel Wharf, revered the first five reviews. Small, at first glance cozy. They threw their clothes and went for a walk. In the evening I will return, my wife decided to take a shower, but the hot water suddenly quickly ended (in the room under the castle hung a boiler AOGV), probably the limit, we thought and did not give this special importance rinsed with cold water. But then it's more interesting. After another trip to the toilet, I noticed that the valve in the toilet bowl does not close the drain and water with a whistle, but hopelessly tried to fill the void in the tank. The field of how the noise of the toilet became finally unbearable decided to eliminate the breakdown, but not here it was. After I removed the lid from the tank, I realized that the valve and the saddle from different sets of shut-off fittings therefore the water did not overlap, and if there is something solid in the toilet, it will be very difficult to wash off your work. That later to us there were no requirements I decided to report the incident to the on-call administrator. The girl desperately tried to find a way out of the situation, but alas her attempts did not bring the desired result.
