They cancelled our reservations (done since October 2021) with 2 days ahead of ARTmania Festival, due to overbooking and claiming to be temporarily closed, which is of course not the case. They are scammers and have put us in a difficult situation, as all accommodations are now booked so we will need to pay more than double to find similar conditions. We were a larger group and some of the reservations were kept, so we find this extremely unfair given that we made the booking well in advance. We will file a complaint with the relevant authorities and not recommend this "hotel" to anyone.
➜ As you walk through the door you can see the elegance, the very friendly staff' also the rooms are very luxurious and clean. A complete silence, a very pleasant place that I will recommend to all acquaintances! 😊
