Largest room I’ve ever had in a hotel, and no problem bringing in my bike.

Huge bedrooms, romantic atmosphere, nice staff and helpful, highly recommended for relax and good vibes :)

Noisy, messy and lack of services and amenities. This place does not even have the basic things as a male toilet in the SPA
The gentlemen s need to use the ladies rooms for their needs.

A place for some people with extremely low expectations! This place lacks quality service and professionalism!

Worst customer service ever! A weak 1 star hostel better than this! 1. After 10 pm there is no receptionist. At least we didn't find it. 2. Nobody answer the phone if you call from the room. 3. No room service! I want to order a coffee and it's not possible… 4. Very hot rooms in summer time, the air conditioning not working properly. 5. No waiter service, you should to orded at the bar, and they even don't have a spoon for the coffee… 6. The receptionist was very rude! 7. I think they won the 4 star title at the lottery… ! The wellness/spa doesn't work. Double check this if you want to reserve there. We want to cancel because of this and they said it's not possible. They have a lucky day, we called the romanian consumer service but they don't work on weekends. I hope they visit them later! The only reason we stayed at this hotel, there is no other options on that weekend in the city. Shame! Be aware from this hotel!

The hotels SPA is very nice, especially for kids. The rooms are very spacious and nice.

We absolutely love this spa. I been to UK, Italian, Spanish spa but I still love this one te best Is amazing and even my 3years old is having great fun.

Nice hotel, good road connection with Cluj and Turda. Staff is wonderful, very helpful and honest, I forgot my phone and they came after me before I went to the car to return it. Rooms are huge, the only drawback is that you can hear the noise outside.

In Romania It is already a top class hotel. Nothing to say about the SPA. Really nice. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with comfortable shower. The breakfast leaves to be desired, but moreover we are not in Italy with regard to food and good cuisine.

Great people at the reception, very helpful. I use the Conference room many times, and they provide good support for it. Useful for business meetings. Many places to sit and talk, and a restaurant with good food available. I'm very satisfied overall.

Good Spa with salt water too…

The spa area is nice but the rooms are full of dust, carpets are dirty and the ventilation is very noisy. Kept us up all night.

It was a beautiful experience I would recommend to go there with friends and family.

Beautiful place, with spa by 10 and Lode!

Visited the spa and stayed for 2 nights. Very big room with jacuzzi in bathroom. Pleasant.

They have the biggest rooms I have ever seen in a romanian hotel. The cleanless is flawless and the staff very helpful.

The people at the reception were kind enough to help me print some very important documents (lengthy too, 50+ pages), on 3 different occasions, and didn't accept any money for it.

Two stars hotel level. Poor service. Wait two and half hours if you order food to Spa bar. Not enough tables for breakfast!?!. (wait for other customers to finish eating). Traditional restaurant full of fries oil smell (My clothes were smelling two days after this awfull experience). I'll never return.

This hotel doesn't deserve 4*. In my opinion 2* it's more than enough. The room is really big and the TV is too small and sitting in the bed one cannot see right. At the SPA it wasn't hot water on showers. The Scottish shower didn't work. From a total of 4, 2 of the foot massage devices didn't work. I was in weekend and there were a lot of children who were making too much noise. The water from the small pools seemed dirty. This place used to be a good place but now it's disappointing.

4 little stars is more than enough.
