I have been coming for about 10 years and I always come to your hotel which is beautiful and warm.
The staff is attentive and the food is excellent. Je viens depuis environ 10 ans et je viens toujours dans votre hôtel qui est magnifique et chaleureux.
Le personnel est à l’écoute et la cuisine est excellente. JM K PS: Meilleure amitié à Monsieur Paul.

Camere frumoase la preturi accesibile. Personal amabil. Recomand!

Average hotel for us but above average for the city. Bathrooms are equipped with some high end fitment which are really nice. Morning breakfast was superb as personal attention was given to each guest.

Impressions:
— when paying for the number transferred lei to the euro at a higher rate, as a result, the card was charged 83 euros, instead of the voiced 75 euros;
The spa needs to be repaired.
— At the check-in we were promised that the spa area would be prepared in 30 minutes, in fact, nothing was done;
— There is a supporting wall in the middle of the room;
— towels, as from sandpaper;
— The bed and bed are good.

The hotel is matched to its stars. It's a good restaurant. A small, cozy spa. Very helpful and friendly staff. The taxi centre is about 1.5 euros.

Hotel Paradis have good price Relations. Super rooms, perfect Service, near Centrum, ca. 5 km to International Airport Avram Iancu, when I stay in Cluj-Napoca. This is my Hotel Adresse over a long time!

I was in Cluj for a business trip and I choose to stay here. Very good choice. Clean and nice furnished rooms, nice service and good food into the restaurant.

Hotel close to the industrial area, quite modern and clean rooms. Wi-Fi Coverage not always good. Very friendly restaurant Staff but reception not always ready to customer requests.

Very good hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet enough, good breakfast.

Not so friendly after all… The hotel ordered a taxi for me to the airport. I lost my phone in the taxi. I have written mails twice to Paradise hotel and on fb to give me the name and number of the taxi company but with no reply. The stay was ok, clean rooms, towels smelled a bit of smoke.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room but the toilet brush was just under the washing device on the toilet. Average food, the SPA is under expectations, we were told it would be open from 8AM until 12AM but at 11 AM the sauna and jacuzzi were not on, the entire hotel was undergoing maintenance and it was really noisy.

The hotel itself is nice but very hard to find with all the city's one-way streets. And stay away from the restaurant.

Hotel vicino alla zona industriale. Personale del ristorante molto gentile, alla reception non sempre attenti.

Great spa. Bad service. Adjusting rating (adding two more stars). The place has gotten a lot better and the cook is just fantastic, she is happy all the time and you can actually order almost whatever you want for breakfast. :)

Hotel and rooms cleaning is fine. Restaurant is regular compared to local standards. Receptionists and personnel are kind.

Nice comfortable hotel… comfortable facilities, friendly staff. Eventhough it is stated that there is… there is NO airport shuttle! Taxi is charged to the room if you request a shuttle. Restaurant was good and the spa relaxing.

Handy to the airport and town. Ideal for any business user visiting nearby.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, cozy, newly renovated, with a spacious reception, and a beautiful spa. Staff helpful and accommodating, the girls at the reception except belle, speak also Italian.
The rooms are spacious with nice large Windows. I had a great time and there are returned. Excellent +++

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, huge bed :-), the food @ the restaurant is very good, the breakfast also good, if you ask them to prepare something for breakfast there is no problem, service is excellent.

The hotel has a privileged location, being the most closer hotel from the Airport Cluj, is situated also at a short distance from the main attractions of the city, near new business areas in Marasti, is the best choice for those who travel with business purposes in Cluj.
