The hotel design was a bit surprising as for a hotel in this region. However, everything was perfect including champagne served for breakfast.

Roomy rooms. Clean. Very good and rich breakfast. Very good location. Dont hesitste… its very good place.

The hotel is perfect for a relaxed escape. The food is amazing!

Just a good breakfast, alomst clean rooms, with a great taste for kitsch and to warm. Clumsy staff, overall to expensive for what it has to offer.

Good: the room looked great at first sight, breakfast and lunch was good. Rich breakfast and very warm in the room. Close to Stirbey Castle and Telecabin (350m) Bad: the chairs in the room (109 — first floor) had stains on it. We wanted to have a nice evening at the restaurant and we couldn't because of some party. We could have eaten there, but the live music was so loud and the the band was saying "this song is dedicated to the godfather/parents etc" like in "manele". Because of that we stayed in the lobby. We wanted to order pancakes/dessert there, but we have been told they serv only drinks there. We went to the room to order room service. There they have a list of a few dishes : burgers, salad, snitzel. We calles to ask for dessert and they said that is not on the list. So services 1 star.

Beautiful hotel in the midst of nature with rich breakfast of course with pool and sauna you can recommend absolutely to 100%. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Nice, but not wow. The rooms are ok. The breakfast is very good.

Poor service. Bad music. Bad lighting in the rooms. They sent us home at 11 pm when the program it's untill 12 pm at the restaurant. They said that they must catch the bus. Not a 4 stars hotel for sure!

Am făcut rezervare de doua camere la acest hotel la inceputul lui octombrie pentru sfârșit lui decembrie. Cand am ajuns la hotel, surpriză camerele erau în doua aripi diferite ale hotelului. Cand am spus acest lucru personalului de la hotel acesta s-a limitat sa isi ceară scuze. Camerele sunt spatioase si cu multă lumină naturală, dar mult prea încălzite și fără posibilitatea de a regla temperatura. La prima vedere camerele sunt curate, insa lipseste atentia la detalii. Cearceaful era pătat, scaunele din camera de asemenea pline de pete, in baie sunt vizibile pete de rugină pe calorifer si pe suportul de săpun de la cadă. Unul din cele trei pahare din camera desi era intr-o pungă indicând că a fost spălat era murdar… In camere nu se auzeau zgomote din afara. Apă din piscină era foarte rece chiar dacă la intrarea în spa era afișată o temperatură de 27°C. Micul dejun inclus in preț este de tipul bufet si oferă o mare varietate de alimente, unele gustoase, altele nu chiar, oricum pentru toate gusturile. In schimb oferta restaurantului pentru cină nu se remarcă prin nimic deosebit. Personalul hotelului este disponibil si educat. Pentru o urmatoare vizita in Sinaia probabil voi alege un alt hotel. Motivul principal al acestei alegeri este temperatura mult prea ridicata in camere.

Kitsch in primul rand. Totul este un kitsch. La mic dejun te simti ca la o nunta. Muzica TARE! Bai dar tare. Netul merge ca pe dial up. Tv. Ul la revedere. Prosoape din 1980 cred ca au ramas. O piscina mica. Sa fie ceva acolo. Oribil. Si treci prin bucatarie ca sa ajungi la piscina ori la camerele din celalalt palier. Horrible!

I highly recommend it! Swimming pool, sauna free use, the staff very kind, breakfast abundant with sweet and savory! Clean, nice room, nice restaurant! I was very good! 4 stelae!

Hotel in itself is not too shabby but the worst reception I've ever encountered. Both the receptionists are cold and snobby and are unable to pick up the phone for room service despite multiple calls.

Very kitschy! Your eyes will hurt. Never saw such bad taste in one place. Sauna and `spa` area it´s a bad joke. The room was way to warm, but at least it was clean. The breakfast was ok.

I give 2 stars for the rooms but I also think it is too much… The room: scraches & holes in the walls, big scraches on the door, broken bath cabin, bad quality of bathroom cabin and other matterials, soaps like the ones at 2stars hotels. Small swimming pool with cold water. I bought a package with 2 massages. Apparently they were made by a young boy in a conference room … I cannceled this service although I paid for it. Bad. Really bad services at this prices. Not to forget. The breakfast not what I expected from a 4stars hotel. Never again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. At this price you can find quality services.
