Good value for money. Large rooms with nice view over mountains. Good food at the restaurant and at fair prices. Mattress shall be changed a s a p and furniture looks a little outdated, but for the price paid was good enough.
Relatively good price for stay, but be ready to sleep bad: mattress should be wasted long time ago!

I made a telephonic booking a month ago for an appartment, I received an sms with firm confirmation from the hotel the same day and with "great surprise" I found out that the apartment was not reserved for me anymore. And this happe
ned not because the hotel informed me of the change, but because I went to the Sorica slope 2 days before my arrival and went to their reception.
The receptionist told me I had a booking for a double room, not for an appartment and that they can …add a suplimentary bed for the third adult.
I was told they will check and come back with a phone call, which they didn't. When I called back again I was told that they had changed their software system for reservations. No other explanations, no excuses. I consider it very impolite and extremely unprofessional to blame a software and even if this was the case, I believe they should have offered a better alternative. in conclusion, I highly do not recommend this hotel!
