Very tasty food and very fast and professional service. The view is calming and inspiring. My first choice whenever I am in Campina.
➜ Bad service, forced to leave since we were asking for extra money as they say we had indelibly dirtied the sheets (hair dye), we had to wash at our expense the sheets out and once revealed they were stains of a tint Natural that she had come away easily, we decided to leave having the rude treatment received, only to return us the money we naively had paid in advance (5 days) We were forced more times to request them and after about 2 hours of Waiting at last we have returned them.
No invoice received, no one wanted us to talk to the director, shameful treatment for a structure that deals with tourism… Never again, forced to find another hotel in mid-vacation, we almost did not need the police intervention… Stay away from this hell!

Absolutely love the hotel. I’ve been coming to Oscar Hotel for 3 years in a row. Excellent service, Alina (from the front desk) helped and upgraded my room with no charge. She’s wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was impeccable clean. The restaurant was fantastic, great-tasty food, and Geta was our waitress, couldn’t ask for a better waitress, she’s just wonderful. Will definitely come back next year and I highly recommend this hotel.
