My favorite hotel from Poiana — friendly staff, sensational Spa, great chefs. A real pleasure to stay here!

Very recommended also in the summer time for peace of mind.

Food is cold, hotel receptionists do not perform well. Very noisy and little or no entertainment laid on.

A modern hotel, with good service, pool, jacuzzi. The restaurant food is very good. The view is nice. In the winter it is close to winter sports like skiing, in the summer you can do easy mountain walks. On the low light, some rooms have the bathroom door too transparent if that matters. However, it was a nice stay overall.

A beautiful place, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Luxurious all around. Receptionists weren't always impressed with the needs of the customers, and the bartender didn't even pay attention to making the right order and bringing it to the table.

Great time at the pool. The restaurant is also pretty cool, but a little expensive. Overall a 4 star experience.

Clean rooms, new furniture and great views. The rooms are quiet, the bathroom looks very well, the sanitaries are new and clean, the breakfast is excellent and a la carte menu is great too. Prices are high for Romania, but average for foreigners. Excellent, will come back for sure.

Parcarea in zona Ana Hotels este 15 lei/oră. OK, îți asumi dacă nu vrei să tropăi prea mult in clăpari ca să ajungi la pârtia Bradul. Dar la plecare constați că automatele unde ar trebui să plătești la final parcarea nu funcționează și trebuie să urci până la recepția hotelului ca să plătești acolo. Recepționerilor evident nu le convine acestă extra-îndatorire și te tratează cu sictir. COPOS! La 15 lei/oră cumpără dracului un automat nou.

Very pricey hotel for the value it offers. Cons: room was tiny, In 4 days bed sheets where not changed, morning buffet silverware was overused — very scratched, apple juice was soury — maybe they make cider of it, the coffee machines were full of dust on top, wine selection at the restaurant was very very poor. Pros: very close to bradul ski slope, room looks nice, very nice spa area with big pool and outdoor & indoor jacuzzi, food at the Altitude restaurant was top notch. We paied 230€ / day, 2 adults and 2 kids.

We rented 3 rooms for 2 families of 4 and another fir 3 sdults. Great price for the middle of the week.
Great amenities… indoor pool, hottub, children play room, dining and closness to the ski site.
Excelent brakfast included and cordial staff.

We have been in the restaurant for lunch. Good food, but very very slow service (we've waited 20 min for a coffee). No invoice at the end, the waiter didn't take our card, he wanted just cash, and even if we had less cash than on the bill (50 lei less), he said that it is ok like this… clearly he put the money in his pocket. …

It's much to expensive for what they are offering. Nothing special, just a 4 star hotel with really big and unjustified prices.

Great hotel! Free parking, a lot of food types in the breakfast (one of the best I ever ate in hotels in Europe), great and clean rooms and good service.

Probably the best spa in town. Good restaurant too. Rooms are quite a letdown in that they are a bit small and there is no air conditioning or kettle available.

The resort looks nice. However, the room was not too clean and the services in general are of poor quality. I wouldn't go back.

A very high class hotel with great facilities. Well equiped with a fitness club, kids club, spa, big swimming pool, 2 jacuzzi, one of them out side with a great atmosphere. The only thing that is not good, is the service! We had a problem with reservation of the room, the person in charge at 8 pm was despicable, talked with no respect or a will to help. For our luck, in the morning came a great manger whom helped us and gave us a room in the adjacent hotel. Also the staff in charge of the kids club is great. But the quality of service was still disgraceful. The reception in bardul does not pickup the phone, a simple request for a towel got an. Answer "in a minute… " and never came. The man in charge of the dinner room is not pleasant. For summary, the hotel itself is great, the staff is not.

It was nice and quite but no A. C. And it was Hot that you need to take several showers a day.

Another fabulous stay! ☺A great breakfast to start your day before hitting the slopes. The in-house ski rental and school make the whole experience a pleasure and the location is literally 5 mins from the lifts. The lunch and dinner is a little on the expensive side and the rooms rather small but overall quality is very good. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

A bunch of thiefs. They charge extras that I didn't consume.
No relation between prices presented and published and prices actually charged.
The personnel at the reception have no idea about anything.
Not helpful at all.
For the price they charge you can get much better packages.
I strongly not recommend this hotel.

I just came back from a 2-day stay at Sport following some business in the area. I was booked with my colleague in a King Sport room which proved to be spacious enough for the 2 of us carrying a large trolley, one backpack and 3 medium shoulder bags. The room is well heated and insulated both thermally and phonically from the outside. The bathroom is also very warm, very clean and it did not feel crowded at all. Everything was provided (soap, body/hair/bath wash, slippers, bath robe and towels) except for toothpaste, which we both forgot to bring over. The minibar is decently stocked, although a bit heavy in sugary refreshments and sweets. I personally would have loved to see more sugar-free or at least bio/organic products, especially for a 4-star hotel right next to the ski slope. The food served in the restaurant is really good, there's a great selection of both traditional/local cuisine and international one, clearly suits everyone's need and taste. They also have their trademark Ana Cake for desert so it's a real plus to sample their own products. We did not try the bar, but it looked great. I have to give them credit for an excellent music selection played in the restaurant and in the lounge, whoever assembled the tracklist deserves a praise (and a raise). Finally I can go somewhere without radio hits blasting all day long. Kudos for that! What I've said covers probably only 30% of what Ana Sport has to offer.

Great Hotel, next to the slopes, with excellent services and a superb Spa. Large conference / ball room for up to 500 people. Highly recommended.

Good location, nice spa, staff is as bad as many places in Romania. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, just in the lobby and the lag is terrible (500ms at times). Overall impression is of a nice but poorly managed place, so the prices are hard to justify. May get beyter in the future.

I love this place. The hotel has just been renovated and it looks brand new. It's right by the slopes, in fact is the only decent ski-in-ski-out option in Brasov (or in Romania, as far as I know). The best part about it is the new spa. I'm a swimmer and it's not easy to find such a large, well kept, not-too-crowded pool in the area. The only drawback is that it's very hard to find reservations around new year's eve or during the weekends in December or January. It's pricey for the locals, but you know where your money goes. Not a bad place to go during the summer either! Very mellow and relaxing, with incredible views and not far from happening Brasov.

Perfect services and great staff! Highly recommend.
