It's Indian cuisine fused to suit Romanian Taste. If you wanna feel Spices then it's the only place as far as I know.

Horrible food! Even the masala tee had no masala in it, just a trace added on top.

Read the mixed reviews but tried it anyway. If you are used to top Indian restaurants (like the north east and north west of England) and expect the same you will be disappointed. The setting is excellent. The food is ok but not as you may expect. Harsh to criticise but understand why people with high expectations may be unhappy.

Food was good. Service was pretty poor though and the so called Indian beer in the menu was actually a Primator IPA which is a Czech beer :) ) Music was pretty bad, nothing Indian there either. You actually felt that you are one song away from "manele. "

First time I tasted indian food like this worst is night mare I lost my money is not worth it.

I've been here like 6-7 times, and it never failed me. Really good food and the manager is a lovely person, he really knows how to talk to his customers, tell them about each ingredient and dish served. Definitely worth trying! (and coming back) Big up!

I think I was the first Indian to eat there. I won’t comment much about the ambience as wherever I have visited Indian restaurants outside India, there are very few which can maintain classy ambience. But the most important part is good. Well this particular restaurant doesn’t serve Indian food. The food served is no where even near to Indian authenticity. It’s some other cuisine which uses some Indian names of dishes in their cuisine and may be using some Indian spices here and there. I am not even sure if they even know what a naan is, as I got something weird called naan. What a waste.

Best Indian food in town. The spiciness is unpredictable, though. It can be anything from not spicy at all to inedibly hot, sseemingly at randim, even after discussing it with the waiter. Still, it's a great place with great food.

First of all the waitress/owner didn't give minimum respect to the customer. I haven't seen these kind of dishes anywhere, tasteless, spice less food. Just boiled chicken, tomato and coconut cannot make chicken tikka masala. Not at all happy… :-/

I'm sorry to say in spite of the lovely atmosphere and great service this was the worst madras I've ever had. I ate it because I was just back from a long hike and starving, but it was in no way a satisfying culinary experience. I got take away from here in october and the food was significantly better. I'm not sure which is the exception and which the rule. The lovely waitress explained that they buy spice mixes from more than one spice supplier. I'd expect an established venue to mix their own recipe.

Clean Rooms.

I visited the Taj Mahal B&B two times in the last 3 years. It has great location right across Piata Sfatului Square — very good if you're visiting Brasov. Rooms are clean, sparsely furnished but with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Bathroom was clean, room very warm which I consider a plus when visiting Brasov in autumn and winter. Affordable price, nice reception. I highly recomend it.

I didn't have indian from other places before, but the food here is exceptional! Must try out if you never eat indian food before. The dishes are so yummy and pretty good service.

Only Indian restaurant from Brasov as I know it but I would not recommend it. Cats sitting on the tables, cat hair everywhere, poorly cooked food. There are way better restaurants arround it.

I found here the yummiest indian food I've ever eaten, lovely service and you can choose to sit outside in the garden or inside in the lovely decorated interior. If they say that a dish is spicy you better believe them but then again there are special drinks with yogurt that you can order that taste like the nectar of gods. I warmly recommend it if you're a fan of Asian cuisine.

Very nice location with friendly staff. The Indian food is freshly cooked, delicious and spicy. The atmosphere is quite cosy.

Really nice terrace and garden hidden in the back. Excelent food. Their coconut rice is my favorite.

Unfortunately and the second time I will stay but unfortunately I must say that leaves much to be desired double bed made with sofa bed hard that I couldn't sleep.

Despite other reviews, we went to see what they had to offer and we could not be happier with their service and food. Very friendly young server and very knowledgeable. We love it. The good was delicious!

Pushy waiter. All meat dishes are tough. Order the chicken instead. Naan breads are just frozen pre-packaged cardboard tasting. No Indian beers. Terrible food.

We expected Indian food, but what we got was nothing like it. The "cook" used the wrong spices. Food was cold.

Went there and sit at a table. The waiter never came so I helped myself with the menu. After making my choice the waiter still didn't come to my table though she served another table next to me. After about 15 min I left the restaurant without any attention from the restaurant's staff. The food is good — I had a home delivery once but the on site experience was extremely dissapointing. The only Indian restaurant in Brașov unfortunately.

Very good Indian food in Braşov. The mango lassi was a nice surprise, as it was spiced in a way we hadn't had before. We ordered a mild fish curry and a medium lamb curry, the latter of which was already quite spicy.
