I came with my friend to stay there for two nights. One of the worst hotel. There is no proper cleaning of room and didn't came for room service. No one to came to gave new towels. Very poor service. It's also far from city center. Not recommended.

1) "cheap" breakfast offer. 2) No privacy as the windows in the room can be viewed by the neighbors.
3) It is noisy due to traffic noise 4) Marode Santäranlage (loose sinks and toilet, boreholes in the wall tiles, battered bathroom door, missing shower gear, no bathrobes) 5) Restaurant: Unfriendly service personnel. Every urgent desire seems to be too much There is no will for investment.
Verdict: Not recommended.

This hotel is totally unrecommended! I really don't undestand who lived there and liked it! It is cheap the people working there are friendly but: If you don't have a car, the centre is far away to go on foot. We stayed there 4 nights and the cleaning lady came only once (the first day). We had no toilet paper (we bought ourselves), no shampoo, no clean towels, no clean bathroom, no heating. Also, the lights in the corridor were turned off at night and we were using our mobile light or we had to search in the dark to find the switch. If I ever go to Bucharest again, I won't stay at this hotel for sure!

Great hotel for the money. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Bad smell in the bath and shower screen broken. Apart from that all good. Waiters and staff very friendly.

One of the best places to stay if you plan a trip for a couple of days for fun or business. The rooms are nicely decorated with florar patings on the walls. It also has a restaurant with a beatiful view of the city! I recommend this hotel with all my heart. The prices are perfect for what it offers.

Stood there for one night and I had a very nice room which was very close to my friends. The breakfast was alright as well. Would recommend it.

I was there for 6 days and it very comfortable the rooms were very clan and even thought them were quite small it was enough space. The personnel always very nice with us and they speak English perfectly and also spanish. In general it was pleasant to be there. I definitely would stay there again, because also the price is very good it's around 55 euros a double room, or at least that was on May of 2014.

You can say that's going on, but there is a problem with parking in front of the hotel and around it.

The people at Razvan are very nice and helpful. The rooms are quite nice for the price. Everything is working alright. Internet is a bit moody. My room was dark and had no view but was not as loud as the one I was offered which was bright and right on the street. Lots of traffic, so lots of noise. A big down side is the smoking EVERYWHERE policy. Smoke trails into the rooms, it's in the hallway, the reception and the restaurant, even at breakfast. No getting away from it. The food in the restaurant is simple but good.
