The place might look good, but my experience was terrible. I had made a reservation on booking, got the confirmation number BUT got there to find a deserted house. We managed to contact the owner by phone and he let us know that they were doing some renovation and the accommodation was not available. I've tried to report it to booking but I consider the accommodation should have done their best to contact us in due time, in case there was an error somewhere. The manager said he had tried to reach me the night before, but that was one call only and I was on the train to Bucharest. I'm really sorry, it was a very unpleasant experience.
Locaţia arată într-adevăr bine, însă experienţa mea a fost una deloc plăcuta. Am făcut o rezervare pe booking, am primit numărul de confirmare, însă la sosire am găsit poarta închisă. Am reuşi să luăm legătura cu proprietarul la telefon, când ne-a anunţat că schimbă nişte ţevi şi cazarea nu e disponibilă. Ne-a transmis că a încercat să ne contacteze prin telefon, în ajunul sosirii noastre, când eram deja în drum spre Bucureşti. În consecinţă, nu recomand!

Simple and smart check-in system (everything by e-mail and SMS, from codes and passwords to invoices). Clean big room, very central location.

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in our trip to Romania. About 3-5 minutes walk to the center. Close to metro stations. Some delicious food restaurants next to them (Ciao Niki and Beka's Kitchen). Perfect price/quality rates.

Simple cozy rooms, perfect clean bathrooms, quiet villa, breakfast on-demand. 5 minutes walk away from Piata Romana. Very good price/quality rate.

Room was nice and clean. Parking was free on the street in front of it. Got gate/door codes via text message and keys were left on door so we could go straight to our room whenever we arrived. When it was time to check out they sent someone to collect the money. Smoothest check in — check out I have experienced.

Arrived in front of the structure by taxi Punctualissimi, no one to greet us even impossible to enter, tried to play a little ' bells but no answer. After about an hour of vain attempts we decide to book another room, in that while passing a guest boy also the structure and we try to understand, he enters his room and sends an email to the manager who immediately sends us codes to enter via SMS. Finally inside we find only one double bed (we were in three) and two sofas a single sheet and duvets for all. No hair dryer, and heating over bikes set at a very high temperature to choke, lucky that the only window that there is open. For the whole time we were there we never saw the manager if not on Sunday morning when the timely lady asked us to pay. I would not stay there again for free.

Just arrived to make the booking but no one answered the gate or the phone, even if I made the reservation and it was confirmed by the owner; simply disgusted of these kind of hotel/apartments.

Perfect and quiet location; good accommodation.

Beautiful villa, simple and very clean rooms, friendly stuff (always available, always ready to help). Close to the center, museums, parks (perfect located if you want to visit the center).

One of the best price/quality rate in the entire city. Very nice staff, extremely clean room. To come back again!

Very good and cheapest hotel.

4, 5 star rating for a 4**** hotel in the heart of Bucharest. Would recommend it for business travellers who are searching for a central location while in Bucharest. CONs: Even if the resort, per se, has any fault in the matter, I might point towards the whole reservation process with booking through a 3rd party booking platform — which might be a little bit clunky and not as smooth as what you might think. That situation might left you with negociating an special offer with the hotel staff right on their door step. PROs: The hotel's location, right in the heart of Bucharest, the room design and overall amenities, including their main breakfast area (restaurant). The hotel is a straight 9/10 resort, but they do lack a little communication trainign sessions for their personnel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downsides are that it overlooks dilapidated buildings which causes a bad effect, in the rooms there is stink of cigarettes and that the breakfast although good offers a few choices.

Very close to the center. Professional staff. Constant cleaning of the rooms. Great breakfast buffet.
