Salaul bun, priveliștea superba toaleta infecta si servirea lenta!

Once Eiigen years ago I was there. The rooms were great, unfortunately the staff in the restaurant was not very fast.
I would have come back some time and this year because of the hotel, unfortunately there is no need to reply to e-mails. The location is nice, the price is very high. Well, I'm sure I'm not coming.

Modern and comfy room, but some problems with the heat, you can only warm yourself with the AC only and while you are in the room, so you come to a cold room. But the view makes it all, it's extremely beautiful.

Poor service, had to wait an hour and a half for a meal even though the place was empty. And when we were finally served the food was cold. Would not recommend!

Good for staying overnight. Prices might be a bit high for rooms and food (because the Hotel owns a restaurant at the ground floor) but the view from the rooms is magnific. All rooms have a balcony from which you can admire the Danube River.

Very expensive, compare with other options around. Pros: Closed to the Orsova Bay, and close to the docks where all the cruises around the Danube start. A/C worked well. Bed and bathroom are clean. Nice view over the docks. Cons: Awful breakfast, no option, rather than eggs or omelet. Quality of ingredients is the lowest possible. Overpriced.

Diabolical. The receptionist was incredibly rude, giving us a filthy look when we asked to see the menu. She then proceeded to ignore us when trying to order. This wasn't isolated and she was treating other customers with the same contempt. Eventually we walked out and went to the restaurant 50 metres away where the service couldn't be nicer. If you are the owner of the restaurant reading this then I would take note and think very carefully about who you employ as the face of your business — she is losing you customers by the car load.

Good vegetable soup, but cold fries and meat. Service not the best, they did not know how to open a bottle of wine. Therefore average and only to be recommended if the better restaurants don't have free tables.

The view and the place are nice, but the service is very poor. We had to wait for the food 1 hour and they didn't have everything in the menu (like common drinks: orange juice or lemonade and food: chicken). We ordered fries with pork and the fries were supposed to be 200 gr … we had like 50 gr. It was the first and the last time here.

Review pentru restaurant. Am mers sa mancam micul dejun si cu toate ca era deschis, se serveau numai supe si mancaruri gatite de cina. Pizza era cea de la supermarket si ti-o dezghetau la comanda (nu proaspata). Am intrebat daca putem servi doar pizza cu branza si ospatarita foarte ofticata ne-a raspuns intr-o zeflemea ca nu, dupa aceea nu s-a mai intors la masa noastra. Deci bucataria este bazata pe mancaruri congelate si cei angajati sa serveasca clientii le dau impresia ca nu au timp de pierdut… Pacat de priveliste. Nu m-as mai intoarce nici daca mancarea ar fi gratis.
