— Wonderful view — Awful service (at the restaurant) — Ridiculously overpriced restaurant — The food (at the restaurant) was bland (Can't say anything about the rooms as I didn't stay at the pension; just visited the restaurant)
If You want to be exactly in the Heart of Cazanele Dunarii that's the place to stay! Right on the Danube, with amazing views at Cazanele Mici (small) to the left and Cazanele Mari (Big) to the right and a huge beautiful rocky mountain in front! Friendly staff, beautiful pool and nice restaurant with great views. The New Villa REX is very beautiful with great views from the hill and higher standards in the rooms. Options for all the trips in the area, right from the hotel. I love this place!

They have preference for accomodated tourists so sometimes you may go and find all the tables Reserved. I drove 30 km and almost miss the dinner. Not so diverse menu, the fish dishes are not extraordinary just normal. Smaller than expected, ambiance of a fast food.
