I was first promised 15 percent discount but instead I was double charged for the breakfast. During the stay the rooms weren't cleaned, so if you use towels inefficiently you will end up without clean or dry towels. Basic stuff like iron is not available, and even after 3 days they were not able to get us one.

I just don't understand how this hotel is not fully booked all the time… It's a real gem… The staff is extremely attentive, professional and very polite. I can't praise them enough! The rooms are shiny and everything is brand new as they just opened in December aparantly. I'm booked here weekly and would not change to a different hotel even if I would stay for free.
