I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I highly recommend it. Clean and quiet rooms, well sized, everything in good condition and functional, kind and efficient personnel, excellent location. The breakfast was average (maybe because I stayed over the weekend? ). The rooms doesn't offer a great view, at least my room, but I don't consider a major handicap in balance with all the positive aspects mentioned. The exterior of the hotel looks somehow odd, and without reading the reviews I probably wouldn't choose it. Therefor I try to suport it with a good review, it deserve it. I will definitely come again.

I stayed at the Ramada hotel in Iasi, Romania on May the 4th 2018. Ideally located near the main square. Staff were friendly and professional in greeting us. The room were clean and tidy. Good shower, comfortable bed and nice tv. However the tea making facilities were ok, no milk cartons to make tea. The breakfast was nice but served no English tea. However the overall impression of the hotel was good. There are afew local attractions nearby, including the Palace of Culture which is a lovely building to look at, did not get to look in, also had a local shopping mall which is big and modern inside too. Definitely recommend the hotel to others to use.

Central, confortabile and next to the biggest commercial centre in Iasi. Good place for a wedding or crash on. Hopefully not simultaneously.

I went there in multiple occasions for different events, I never checked in. The events room are well equipped and the personnel is highly qualified. The food is really tasty and portions are large enough. The plating are nice, yet far from being extra classy. Overall is a nice place to go.

Nice place for a training session. Good snacks and tasteful dishes at lunch. The place is clean and in the middle of the city near main attractions of Iasi.

I really likes the room, however some of my colleagues had really warm rooms. She did got another cooler room after asking, so they solved it. Pretty good breakfast with lot of variety. Only the coffee could be a little better, but it is no problem.

Rooms are small but comfortable. Good attention.

All in all a good hotel, but not if you are traveling for business. The Wi-Fi is ridiculous.

Great place and location, comfortable rooms! Relationship cost-benefit! There is no room service after 23:00 hours, if you have hunger will have to eat the peanuts from the fridge!

Decent hotel in a very good location.

No breakfast buffet, they replaced it with a menu because they only had a few guests. Apparently you have to ask if there are less that 10 guests; in this case you don't get breakfast buffet. They accidentally disabled all my access cards during my second day. The first room that gave me was a single one although I paid for a double one. Why give me a double room since I came alone onthe first day?! The general aspect of the hotel is poor, not like a few years ago.

Anything that could go wrong went wrong at this hotel. I was very unpleasant surprised on how they can make small mistakes over and over again. In one room the ac did not work, we got moved to a new room and the safe did not work. The room key did not work over and over again and by the 3rd time this was getting to be very frustrating. On the good part the rooms are very nice and new and the housekeeper amazing. Your patience is definitely going to be tested and you are going to be surprised how.

The service and the rooms are very good. Internet connection with cable! No problem to speak english and the people are very kind.
