Extremely expensive and poor quality food overall. Pasta dish was insufficient even for the kids, and the desert which was purportedly a cheese cake was actually not a cheese cake. Service and attitude of staff was al right. We booked a room with a panorama and were told 1 day later that they relegated us to another room without a view because none were left. No parking places available. Location was great as it is right at the base of the ski slope. Spa was a nice addition. Overall, a 2, 3/5.

We have booked the hotel via phone, came over 100km, just to find out that they don't have a room for us after all. If this is how you treat your clients, you don't deserve anyone to come. Thanks for an awesome stay, got to get back home for the night.
