Shower temperature imposible to adjust. Floor and sofa were full of sand and dust. Receptionist was bored and not interested. Brrakfast is not included bit in the advert it was mentioned. The toilet had a sign not to threaw in it used toilet paper. Windows were very low couldn't keep them opened because I have a child and he could have fallen. Wadhing machine doesn't have a wall plug you need an extension cord that was missing. We had to remove the extension cord from the fridge to wash clothes.

The visit here was after the season so it was very quiet. I was upgraded to an apartment at no extra charge. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms had a stuffy smell but was soon able to air that out. Room was kept at a comfortable temperature by central heating. Very comfortable furniture. Quite clean. Very reasonable rates. One possible drawback. Lots of stairs. And the outdoor steps are tiled. Could be slippery when wet. The tiles are quite gouged and chipped.
