It's a nice place with good food. The people that work here are very kind. I strongly recommend.

I just loved the family friendly ambiance! So much fun, so many kids appropriate amenities. The food was awesome. I met so many people who go there every year, and become like a family of sorts :). The hotel staff is super friendly and efficient. Overall great value for the money.

Am fost aici în 2017 (meduza) și în 2018 (Delfinul) Cele 3 hoteluri sunt identice! Steaua de mare e încă in lucru, doar 5 etaje sunt/erau în folosință! Are restaurant separat, spa și alte cele… nu știu detalii! Camere: micute, fara balcon, curatele, ac-ul mirosea in ambele hoteluri! Marea durere de cap sunt cele 2 lifturi! Aștepți de îți vine rău la ele! Plaja mica din stânga în 2018 am avut o groaza de alge și se aduna când își fac timp sa sune la apele romane și aceștia vin când au chef! In 2017 a fost ok capitolul asta! Plaja din dreapta are multe scoici… și e mai departe! La piscină se dau băuturi gratis turiștilor cazați și este f aproape de plaja din stânga! Sunt animatori pt copii, se da cu spuma… deci copiii cam au ce face! In 2018 animatorii au cam tras chiulul… din cate am inteles, am prins noi perioada nasoala… de obicei sunt si se ocupa, dar asta nu ma interesează dacă atunci când am fost erau mai mult NU! Seara la locul de activități pt copii… la fel! Multe seri dădeau doar un desen animat… animatoarele lipseau! Dacă sunteți cu copii după voi sperați că va cazați la Meduza! Are loc de joaca in interior + că se ajunge f rpd la locul de joaca de afară și la sala cu activități! Partea nasoala e că nu poți alege tu unde te cazezi… e după cum vrea hotelierul! Mâncarea… d-zeule! Fata de 2017 a fost mai nasol! Oricum ar fi, mâncarea e multă și proasta! All inclusive la români! Găsești destul de rar o mâncare ok!

The food and the pool it's what killed it for me. Breakfast is exactly the same every day and the previous year with no exception. The pool: 1200 ppl lived (according with the kitchen and the serving staff with whom I made friends with) and there is a pool mmm 40-50m long and 20 wide. Of course everyone wanted in the pool in the windy days (the last 3 days of my staying there) … well the pool was packed, water was all blurry after just half of day. The water got changed after 3 days.

A bad experience which left me with a biter taste! Surely I will never come back to spend my money at this Hotel "Steaua de mare" in Eforie Nord! I have to mention that I paid almost 1000 euro for an "all inclusive" package a 7 nights holiday for two adults and one child. What happened : On the last two days before the end of our Holiday we went on the beach to enjoy the sun … The distance from the beach where we stayed and the bar where they served the beer which was included in my all inclusive package (cheap beer) was approximately 200/250 meters. At one point I decided to have some beers … So because the distance was considerable I thought it will make sense to take 4 beers 2 for me 2 for my wife … Since my wife was busy looking after our daughter a friend of ours which DID NOT HAVE an All Inclusive bracelet on his hand offered to help carry those Draught beers (plastic glass beers). The hotel manager was in the area watching us … When we exited the pool bar perimeter I handed two of the beers to my friend to help me carry them and honestly my friend did not drink from them … Mr. S. C. Manager sent two of his employees to chase us and spy on us to see what happens with that beer … When we reached our beach place I was approached by those guys to fetch to talk with the manager (he did not have the curtsey to call me separately like a good professional to sort things out).

Fantastic Place, great view, good food, excellent SPA, great value.

Stayed here four days. Staff was friendly and helpful, impressed by the spa — quite unique of its kind, room was nice and clean, plenty of choices in terms of food; easy access to the sea, parking available. Everything you need is within 500m radius. Will come again.

Nice and nice. We go there for ther water spa. Is very good for relaxing and very very good for kids. They have pools with small water level where you can sit recive a water massage and watch them playing. Plus they have a lot of water toys for kids. For adults they have a lot of places where you can recive water massage and a few pools for exercises. Totally recorded! Gg!

I do not recommend. Very crowded in full summer season. You have to sit in the queue to take the elevator to get into the room.

Three stars. Rooms could be nicer. Food was fine and it is close to the beach.

Good place to stay for a holiday!

A clean place. The food is good and not too expensive.

Suitable for families with children. Good food and near the beach. Cosy room with wonderful views.

Breakfast like in the comunist era. Parking not organized.

Un loc perfect pentru familii cu copii. Hotel curat, prosoape schimbate zilnic in camera, loc de joaca in interior cu supraveghere, loc de joaca in exterior, personalul hotelului amabil, aer conditionat in camera fara mucegai sau alte mirosuri suspecte. Mancarea este buna si foarte variata. Camerele sunt putin cam mici, dar patul matrimonial este foarte lat (imcapem lejer doua persoane si un copil). Este si un mini frigider in camera, care raceste foarte bine. Piscina complexului este curatata zilnic, se adauga clor pentru dezinfectare, șezlonguri multe, dar se ocupa destul de repede. Adancimea piscinei 0, 7 m — 1, 4 m. Pentru All Inclusive, la piscina, se pot servi sucuri gama Pepsi, apa minerala/plata si bere Golden brown toata ziua, fara limite. Plaja este foarte aproape de piscina, nu este mare, dar e suficienta. Adancimea apei creste destul de repede, dar langa mal este mica, potrivita pentru copii. La distanta nu prea mare este si o plaja mai mare.

Curatel, pozitie buna, spa.

Este cel mai tare hotel macare buna camera curata dar umpic cam mica insa e ok plaja aproape piscina propie a hotel lui personal amabil si hotel curat.

Hotel curat si linistit. Conditii de 5 stele.
