I stayed here with a group of friends and we had an excellent time. Pedro and Sarah made us feel at home and gave us many interesting tips about what to see and do in the Pinhão area. The hostel is very cozy and has everything you need, including a roof terrace with bbq! One of the best hostels I've ever stayed!
I can’t imagine a better host than Pedro is! From the first moment until the end, I felt so welcome and very comfortable! The warm, attentive, courteous and generous hospitality is amazing! The hostel is a beautiful oasis of well-being with attention to detail! Everything is very clean, well-equipped and tastefully designed. Freshly squeezed orange juice and lemons from the trees in the beautiful garden, a wonderful terrace with a amazing view, a barbeque with the delicious meat from the best butcher…. To name just a few things that made my stay the crowning conclusion of my 9 month trip! There couldn’t have been a better one and a better place to complete my time out. I can’t thank you enough Pedro! I sincerely wish you that you’ll have a full house again soon, after this difficult time! From the bottom of my heart, I wish you the very best and hope to visite your small paradise again soon!

Welcome, have you tried the oranges, what about the Tawny Port? And up here is the patio/deck…mind the stairs and do hold the handrails. When you arrive be ready for a quick rapid fire tour of the premises, your room, some general rules and maybe an orange if they are ready. All this is so you and your party can get back out and explore Pinhão to include the surrounding hikes. If your are through hiking or on the Camino via Portugal, try and spend a couple days here. In short, best hostel in Pinhao, super awesome hosts, local people are wonderful, views are spectacular and no doubt change from season to season, and did I mention the Port? Arrive as a weary traveler and leave rested with new friends and plans to return.
