Incredible stay, sport to the sack and better atmosphere.

I was a costumer of feel Viana since the hotel opens until today.
Since the beginning this hotel always have To high prices for the service they delivery to the costumers, however the place is beautiful so we keep returning every year.
This year was a complete mess our stay. Firstly and for the most they taught us the hotel will run half capacity in order to delivery a good service. That was the first lie.
The hotel was fully packed. And we know it because we had a small room for four (they missed up the reservation) And they said they couldn’t move us because they’re full.
We stayed also the 4 nights without light on the balcony.
First breakfast I wait for one out to get an egg.
The restaurant service was really poor. The employees got no idea of what they where suppose to act or do.
The F&B manger promise to offer us a dinner.
Last night we dinner again at the hotel.
At the check out we got full bill and they try to offer my 20 euros discount from a pizza that I eat during afternoon in the bar.
The same manager was there.
I said thanks for this discount from the bottom of my heart but I want to pay full price.
This is the story how a hotel can loose a 3 years customer.
Maybe if the boarders close up again the CEO of this hotel start to care about Portuguese costumers.
So, think twice before book this hotel. They are many cool possibilities around form people who care with each other.

Great discovery! This hotel exceeded our expectations — amazing interior and art details all around, super comfortable and above standard cleanliness. The general feeling is that everything and all the personnel is dedicated to your pleasure. Plenty activities at disposal (i loved yoga sessions and body treatments) and proximity to beach for water sports.
The only thing that might be improved is waiting time at the restaurant and beach bar during the lunch hours — staff is great but they would need more people.
We would definitely come back!

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Feelviana. Family of 5 with 3 little boys 8, 7 and 1. Have to say the hotel has a great vibe which is provided not only by the thoughtful design and set up but especially by the hotel team. Nothing too much trouble and always smiling. Special mention to Erica and Eenish (sorry about the spelling!? ) in the restaurant and Andrea and Jose a the sports centre — plus lots of others whose names we missed, especially on reception — super kind and really looked after us all. Kit hire was easy and relaxed and to charge everything to the room made it hassle free — although this is at a premium. Please pass our thanks to all the team — we will be back.

Wonderful hotel. This place is amazing, new solution in North of Portugal to spent the few days of vacation we have. This hotel have an excellent staff and a great chef. The hotel is new and all the furniture are in good condition. The rooms are big and have a huge bed, in the room you have slippers and robe, the towel you need ask for in the spa or in the lobby. The pools are great inside and outside, if you want go to the inside pool you need a cap, if you don't have one, you can buy in spa, 4€. They have more amenities like gym, skate track, kids club and others. I recommend strongly this hotel to every one and specially if you have kids. The localization is great because this near to the beach, 2min walking, and the offer of nautical sports have kytesurf, surf and others.

My new favorite place in Portugal. High price but high quality and services to compensate. Recommended!

Amazing Sports and Spa Hostel. Perfect location by the beach. The staff is super nice and helpful. Perfect for Kitesurf and Surf vacation with friends or family. And they have an indor skating track ;-) Must go!

I have not stayed at the hotel but we have eaten there. Food is pretty good but expensive for Viana. It’s a four star hotel so you expect this. Service is good but can be a little slow. Would recommend for a special meal. Restaurant has a lovely terrace overlooking the beach.

I have had the need to really unpack c is done I have spent an excellent stay the staff is very pleasant to be at the restaurant the ladies of the household receiving the spa nothing to say c is right zen based the framework is idilique not very far from the beach in a pine forest, everything is made of wood and very nature

Great sports Hotel — the Design and facilities are top. Location directly behind the dunes in the pine forest. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were great. We used the SPA area (Sauna, steam bath, swimming Pool) and the sports (Fitness, Yoga, kiting, surfing, mountain Biking) and extensively. Heaven on Earth! We are happy and keep coming back for more. :)

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have visited so far (regarding to my needs)
The Hotel has a modern-minimalistic but yet timeless desgin and is emdeeded by untouched nature (pineforest and endless beaches with dunes). From the moment I arrived, I could feel a spirit full of inspiration, healthy and sportive lifestyle.
To wake up with the sweet smell from the pine trees and the sound of the sea is priceless. The rooms are big and beautiful, very clean and the bed is huge and comfortable. The spacious balcony is perfect to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings or to watch the watersport action.
The staff is friendly, helpful (and by the way all good looking;) ) and creates a family atmosphere, also the guests we met were sportive and interesting personalities. But thanks to the construction of the hotel and the wide beaches you have also enough retreat oppurtinity and can feel completely for yourself if you wish.
The beach with its super equipped watersportcenter is just a 2 minutes walk and as they have lockers for watersport material in the hotel you can literally hop on from bed to board. Conditions for watersports are perfect and as a family of kite — and windsurfers we appreciated the harmonic coexistence which you don't have in many spots (often it s strictly separated and you have to drive if you want to do both). Here it worked perfectly together, so this is a huge plus.
