Good rooms quiet and staff very helpful.

It is a 3-star hotel but it offers you the possibility to enjoy a nice weekend in a very cosy, beautiful and relaxing town of Viana do Castelo. In the summer time you can also use an outdoor swimming pool.

Very nice and clean. Friendly personnel. Having just been renovated it looked inviting. Beautiful swimming pool. Sixth floor dining room with stunning views.

Fantastic, just reformadoradece and the great attention, the breakfast very rich, is nothing out of the ordinary but offers amazing views, to go with the family I would recommend it, ha! And not far from the historical center, is appreciated. I recommend it.

The hotel is great! We stopped during our tour of the Camino de Santiago and they were very friendly, they left us a room to store the bikes and the breakfast on the top floor was perfect with very good view, it was just what we needed to take strength for what we expected During the day.

Very good hotel in Viana do Castelo. The hallways atufaban too much to concentrated air freshener, but the room great, just like the attention. Average buffet lunch but overlooking the river Lima.

It's been a very positive experience. On arrival at the hotel you will find a very large and a little old building, but do not get carried away by the first impressions, inside is a beautiful and recently refurbished hotel, the rooms are spacious and very nice with all the comforts. It has a lounge where they give the breakfasts very rich and quite complete for all tastes, in the hall there is a rest area and a bar area and on the outside two swimming pools. The rooms have a balcony and ours had a view of the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I personally recommend this hotel, even that is not in the center is very close 10min walking and has all the comforts next door.

The room that we had was very clean and barely noisy, despite giving the street… very well located, close to the center, allows to move on foot.

Close to town center, good views from dining room which is on the top of the building. Room was large and sparsely decorated. Good bathroom with large shower. The dining room is beginning to show hotel's age.

I entered the room, the presentation was good but the bed was kinda dirty, the pillows had hair on it. My fiancee said that her pillow smelled like someone's perfume. The towels were not properly folded. Looked like they didn't change the sheets after the last guests. In the middle of the night, someone knocked the door and they shoved a door handle paper thingy under the door. You know, these paper saying occupied/clean the room. What poor management overall. In the balcony there was no ashtray overall, there was a plastic cup from previous guests. The whole night there was noise from children who just didn't SU, bad parenting right there. The thing is, there are no soundproof walls between rooms, no privacy overall. I stayed only for one night and thank God, couldn't take it more. Next thing in the morning I packed my things and went to another hotel.

Very good stay. Room renovated, great bathroom, everything clean, breakfast in the 6 floor with good views. Only it lacked q you devote a few more minutes to the pool. Great experience.

Ideally located just a short walk from the town center. Excellent reception staff. The pool is great. Our room had been recently renovated, but that is not the case with all rooms and floors, so ask for a renovated room!

A people nice, with little life in winter but with people very nice, the hotel has some views spectacular of the environment and of them RIAs, but the rooms are normal and many are outdated and nor is something out of the other world, them employees are good, but it others leaves much that wish, congratulations by the breakfast.

A good budget hotel in a city to go on holiday and buy. Specialty gourmet recommended the cod and tasting of their wine green. The people are very friendly.

Maybe the receptionists, in kindness and efficiency, charming all / as Oh, and wonderful bed! ; everything else poor: only bath, unpresentable carpeting, curtains and blinds stuck, full of scratches furniture, smell to closed and humidity unbearable, useful toilet. A humble bar of SOAP and bath gel dispenser. That said, 3 * would already seem me to many.
