Very clean and Vera is super friendly.
I have a small balcony with 2 chairs off from my room.
Only downside it backs on to a beer garden. Saying that it has only been noisy 1 night and I am staying for just over 2 weeks for work.
I’m working at the football stadium and it’s less than 15 min walk.
