The view is amazing and all the hotel's arquitecture was made to take advantage of it! Everything was clean and very well arranged. The staff was super attentious. The pool should have more chairs and parasol's.

Terrible place. Falling apart.

Love it, very clean with nice staff. The breakfast has a good variety of choices and they change a few of them every day. Rooms clean and with a lot of space, a little sad that my bathroom didn't have a tub only shower but only because on vacation I like to relax. It has 2 swimming pools very clean and spacious. The view is great and it was some tracks in the mountains around the hotel for great hikes. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Privileged setting, the hotel is OK but the spa has a rather poor circuit but a view that is a spectacle.

Staff friendly but not very organized hotel.

Cold jacuzi, hotel falling apart. Bad customer support. Room heating controls weird and non functional. Middle of nowhere, lacking basic repairs, cold everywhere. Spa area completely falling apart. Walls dripping with humidity. Ants in the room. Overall very akward stay. Wouldnt return.

Infracstrucure modern and made with great taste, preserving the intimacy of each room while becoming a large Complex. The view of the room on the nature is perfect (and throughout the hotel), the relaxation area is complete, with each well determined space (sport, relaxation, family…). The rates are not at all excessive (massages, bar, Restaurant…) The staff speaks well French in part, and very professional.
It's lost in the middle of nowhere, but for the displacement and relaxation it's perfect!

A very nice hotel and friendly service, all in all pretty good, minus the spa Q is pretty scarce in jets besides quite exsagerado in prices of drinks in the bar of the hotel, I would give the 5 stars if it were not for the theme of the Jets in the spa and the 8 € per Two martini fingers.

Spectacular weekend. Good restaurant, spa, swimming pools one deck. Gym, etc… And the very interesting town with a beautiful restaurant Ceu da Boca.

We've stayed for two days. Clean room, comfortable and comfortable breakfast good, full buffet. It fails in the orange juice, which is industrial.
As for dinner, on the menu they had panga steak, a very cheap fish and in the international eye for its production method in Asia.
Shame that a 4 star hotel has industrial orange juice in time of oranges, and panga fillet, the worst fish in the food chain.
To go from the room to the dining room you had to take two elevators and a flight of stairs. The same for access to the spa, two elevators.
Proper service.

The water in the pools is cold. They're in construction. Expanding the number of rooms in the hotel. The food is very rich.

The location was great and the room was very good. And the amazing food of rich.

A part of "bathing" as many people for little pool… There is nothing more… a cafeteria divided into a restaurant… in winter, you need an occupation from 20h or 21 H… but nothing…, then you go to the room… As you walk, no talking! There's no light! Ten meters! You turn on the TV… that laughter… jajaaaaa Nothing all Portuguese and I understand, but tourists are not all Portuguese!
I don't know, starting at 20h, a bore!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I went for the hiking… haha… nothing marked… a disaster!

Great views everywhere! A really nice bedroom and pools facing the BEAUTIFUL mountains.

One of the quietest and peaceful places I have ever been. If you want to relax in community with nature this is the right place to be.

Nice and cozy hotel. Modern facilities and quiet area. The stunning pools overlooking the river and the mountain. The SPA is scarce but… it is enjoyed. Ideal area for families with children. Advisable…

Amazing place with an outstanding 360° view on the surrounding mountains :) The two outsides swimming pools help to feel like one with Nature. I recommand and I hope we can go there again.

The hotel is located in a gorgeous, calm and remote place. The rooms are clean, although decorated in a very minimalistic way.

Great location with breath taking scenary. Great Pool areas with plenty sun beds. Staff is very helpful. Very Small SPA, more am indoor pool, sauna, turk and non working jacuzzi. Overall the Hotel lacks basic maintenance, both in the bedrooms and public areas. This could be a superb hotel for relaxing but the lack of maintenance turns it into an ok Hotel for a weekend stay. Probably not coming back.

Lovely rooms, amazing mountain view and beautiful food and staff. I love Portugal.

We use to go at least twice a year since 2013. Great place to enjoy with kids. Lovely environment. Nice rooms, a playground for kids, two outdoor swimming pools (one of them is shallow enough for kids to play safely), spa and a good restaurant. The hotel staff has always been very kind with us. The biggest drawbacks we've noticed are the lack of maintenance in some areas (for example, the water in kid's swimming pool is not as clear as the big one) and the noisy spa area (to be honest, this is not really hotel's fault but guests behaviour). Overall, it's a great place to relax and we love to go as much as we can.

The hotel facilities are suffering from the age. Since the guests from other hotels can make use of the facilities, it can look overbooked. It's advisable to avoid the restaurant due bad food and bad service. Overall I don't recommend this hotel and will not come back.
