It needs some improvements, as far as cleanliness I never found such dirty windows. The cleanliness of the room also improved, I found hairs both in one of the bathrooms in the suite as in one of the dorms.

Deluxe Junior Suites with 2 bathrooms. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There are also 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. The latter has a sofa bed. Ideal for traveling with children. The heated pool on the top floor is a pass. Especially for the views. It's too bad the water's cold.

Really nice staff! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is beautiful. I got married and booked the room for my wedding night. They greeted us with a bottle of champagne and some tasty custard tarts! Will definitely go there again!

The rooms are spacious and Clean. The bathrooms are a little bit small but not uncomfortable. The pressure of the Water in the bathroom is not the best. The views are amazing. In the restaurant, the dishes are a little hit and miss, but the desserts steal the show. The staff in the restaurant and hotel are friendly and welcoming.

Modern and well equipped building conveniently located right at the heart of Figueira da Foz. Superb views of the city and the beach, especially on higher floors. Rooms are tidy and well kept, with spacious and confortable beds. Water pressure in the bathrooms could be better. There's a nice pool on the 16th floor, overlooking the beach. Breakfast is okay, with a lot of options, but bland flavours. There's also a good restaurant on the 3rd floor worth the visit.

Spectacular view over the ocean. Room was clean and spacious. The indoor pool requires swim caps, and it's not very large. Overrun with families and kids when we were there. "Turkish bath" advertised but this is nothing more than a small sauna room that fits about 3 people very snugly. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but there's a rooftop bar/patio area overlooking the beach that's quite nice.

Very good and modern hotel with outstanding view! Service is as expected at a four star hotel. Misses the last star because of bathing caps and breadrolls for breakfast appeared like a stone.
