Amazing! My first hostel experience couldn't have been better. Very very clean and tidy, it is a small cozy hostel, António is the greatest host, plus it is a 5 minutes walk from the Historical city center. Warm and comfy bed, great breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

The best hostel I have ever been. Antonio will help with any issue you might have, the most hospitable host I have ever met. It seems that even people who were staying there were better than in other places :) I'm so glad I didn't chose Moonhill Hostel, I don't like overcrowded and noisy places. Booked directly, just wrote to Antonio. Very clean and comfortable bed linen and bathroom, it is the major criteria when I chose hotel. Towel is included in the price (unlike other places), breakfast too. Hair dryer free of charge. Will definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful and small hostel. The owner is the nicest person in the world. You talk, you help, you search for what you need and you guides in what to do. The place is very well decorated and taken care of. The breakfast has everything, is very complete. If you go with car you can park on the street or to vueltita.

Friendliness, location, cleanliness.

Antonio and Maria were so great and gave us a warm welcome. We felt like visiting friends. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was very good. You can reach the old town in about 15 minutes (walk). We would come again.

Wow everything was perfect. The home of the owner adorable, generous and smiling. A living space comfortable, cozy, warm, like home. Everything is very clean, is well laid out. The breakfast hearty and delicious. Nothing to complain about. I would go back without hesitation.

Fantastic lovely cozy place!

Absolutely lovely hostel that feels more like a guesthouse. The owners are very friendly, there is a delicious breakfast, the place is clean and the beds are comfortable. Although not in the centre of town, it is only a short pleasant walk to reach the old town.

Very friendly, excellent service the owner is very helpful. Me and my friend, we found ourselves very well! We were at various places during his stay in Portugal, and I have to say that casa azul is one of the best. I recommend it!

Very comfortable. One of the best sleeps of my month long back packing trip. Stayed in a 3 person room with our own bathroom. Proper beds (not a bunk). The walk is about 20 minutes from the train station but a very scenic stroll through Sintra. Free breakfast is provided that includes cereal, fruit and toast with some delicious coffee. I wish I stayed more nights but only planned for a night in Sintra.

Hostel clean, cosy, quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of the main tourist spots of the locality. The deal that the owners offer, Antonio and Maria, cannot be more enjoyable.
