Modest hotel, but the food is good.

The cleanliness of the room is very nice. Very blah. The only plus are the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.

Very well located near Parque das Nações and Altice arena. Very good facilities. No words to discribe the awesome breakfast. The lunch was also very good.

The hotel is very close to the airport and easily accessible via red metro line or yellow buses. It is also close to the Oriente mall which has many branded shops and large food court to try out various cuisines. The reception is quite helpful and they are able to converse with you in English. The rooms are spacious and the TV contains both English and Portuguese channels. The bath room has almost all the accessories (bath gel, shampoo, soap and dryer). There is a bath tub so that the guests can relax after a long day. The morning breakfast should you opt for it is between 7:00 and 10:00 AM. There are plenty of options you can choose from in the buffet. The ambiance of the hotel is great. This seems like an excellent hotel for business delegations. However there are a few things which is a problem for tourists. The wash basin is really small and water falls out easily. Bathroom does not have tooth brush and paste. There is no kettle for heating water. Complimentary bottled water is also not present. There are few sockets in the room and open sockets are not available near the bed side. The shelve knobs are too small and are difficult to open. In general the price to the amenities offering is slightly on the higher side.

Very good hotel but a bit noisy sometimes as it is located along the rails of the trains.

Not great facilities, bathroom is OK, TV and furniture are old, Wi-Fi coverage is the worst, couldn't work in my room due to constant disconnections and had to move to the lounge area where working is not comfortable at all. Only pros are breakfast and location.

Good hotel, clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast buffet, very varied. Far from the center but well connected. In the Expo area.

Not so good. The room is ok, however a bit old. It’s really hard to catch the right water temperature when taking a shower — it’s either boiling hot, or lukewarm. We lived on the 13th floor, so you would expect great view, but it was obstructed by metal mesh outside the windows, which also rattled vigorously the when wind was blowing. Breakfast is good, but coffee is really lousy.

Perfect value for money. A comfortable and spacious hote. We ate very very well and the staff is wonderful.

Great rooms and really clean. Breakfast wasn't as good as I expected and coffee machine didn't work properly. But besides that everything was fine.

Nice hotel with good breakfast buffet. Staff is nice and understands and speaks English. The rooms are modern and clean. I had to pull a star because you can't open a window. Those who prefer fresh air when sleeping here have problems. Air conditioning, minibar and flat TV are available. Parking facilities in the underground garage.

4 * Hotel, the rooms are large, decorated with modern style although the passage of time is evident. Great value for money The rooms in the back are noisy by the train. Always ask for rooms overlooking the river. It is very good choice to visit the Parque das Naçoes and then change from hotel to visit the center of Lisbon. Perfect Hotel for a night or business.

Very good value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Lisbon, the Parque des Nations where you can take a quiet stroll along the Tagus river. Very close to the Lisbon Ocenarium, the Vasco da Gama shopping Centre, and also close to the Metro/train do Oriente station. The fault of the hotel is the bad soundproofing between each room, also the rooms on the side of the tracks where you hear a little trains pass. Otherwise very good hotel as a whole with very affordable prices.

The worst experience ever. The room was freeazing cold and there were no splippers. Also the furniture was damaged. Worst ever for a 4 star hotel.

Poorly managed hotel that is overpriced due to location and the fact the Web Summit is really close. The light bulbs are not working in many rooms (I checked with colleagues), the doors need a fresh coat of paint, the bathtubs are rusty, ceramic tiles are cracked, the emergency bathroom signal is broken and the list goes on. All of this would be far more tolerable were it not for the railroad that is right in front of the other side of the hotel (where the room windows are) making you feel and hear shaking every 10 minutes when trains go by. Obviously the train cannot be rerouted but investing in better sound isolation and new windows would solve this problem in no time. Generally it is very easy to hear people in nereby rooms. On the more positive side, the cleaning lady did an excellent job, fresh towels every day regardless where you leave the previous ones, the room was clean and tidy and I have absolutely the best to say for this part. I would, however, suggest allowing guests to deposit laundry for cleaning and ironing in the afternoon and evening in order for it to be done by morning. Otherwise at least put an iron in the rooms because the existing cleaning service makes no sense. The breakfast was good: two types of ham, two types of cheese, all the pastry is too sweet but they had joghurt without sugar ("neutral") so that helped. The fruit was a bit too ripe, especially kiwi and pineapple.

Really old and dated. Signs of missing maintains everywhere. Normally I'm not this negative, but this hotel is really bad. One thing is that everything is old, but half of the things are also broken. The bed is really hard and I now have a headache… the hotel is located next to the railroad and trust me it's noisy.

Although it's a four star hotel but it doesn't look like a four star. My room was clean but it definitely needs to refurbish. Location wise, it is not far away from tech hub in Lisbon but if you'd like to be in downtown, then it's not a good option. The breakfast is also normal and you cannot find something special in it.

The façade is a 4 star hotel, but it is not. Cleanliness, deficient. The old installations and in many cases broken. The breakfast, low quality, terrible coffee, and the variety is fair. Little Light. The room lacks cleanliness, the bathroom, passable, but not clean and the bed is the only thing to be saved.

Beautiful view and nothing to say about the staff.

For a 4 star hotel it's a bit weak. The rooms looked very old. The employees could be a bit nicer and helpful. The restaurant provides a great all you can eat breakfast. It has a big parking underneath the hotel. Location is very good since you're not even 500 meters away from a transportation hub, where you can take the bus, the train or the subway.

Hotel overall well done, good food great location for those who want to visit the aquarium.

I've reserved a quiet room with a 2 persons bed, got a room overlooking the busiest railway in Portugal with 2 single beds. Asked to change but was informed that there aren't any available rooms to change. The tiles on the bathroom are cracked from up to down. On the lift is advertised a hot meal for less than €9.00, went there for lunch had to pay €21.00.

Personally I have not slept in the hotel, but work just in front and I have eaten many repeatedly and the buffet weekly and varied it's great. Good and cheap. Preferred.

Hotel in quiet and safe area with possibility to park on the street. Metro to move easily around the city.

Spoiled vacation. The hotel is located far from the center and main attractions. Not for tourists, purely working on one or a few nights for a business trip. The hotel employs thieves, so hide all the stuff in the safe and suitcases, because the maids here can take everything that they see, and you have nothing to prove. The Manager is not here, and it replaces the inadequate personality, the police have nothing to you and as we here all understand each other. From our room were stolen toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors that was in the bathroom, almost all cosmetics stolen from the cupboard. Thank you for what did not touch clothes and shoes. Towels may not be changed, either to take or not to leave. Mess. The hotel was not bad, deserves a maximum of one star. On a full side of this hotel, rooms overlook a noisy railway line. Noise are not reduce by window that cannot be properly closed. I asked to change room, receptionist said that all rooms are booked. There are 300 rooms in that hotel.

4 stars? A/c not functioning in the room, receptionist knows nothing about it, nor how to fix it. You book a king size bed room, they send you in a double bed room cause they are out of king size beds! it looked to me more like a circus than a hotel.

Great, beautiful hotel. This year in July I will again in Brazil and I'm ospedar again for one night, reception very kind and disponovel. Congratulations.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Easy transportation via metro and train. 5-minute walk to a big shopping centre. Breakfast was also perfect.

They need a gymnasium in the facilities besides that all is good.

We had a room overlooking the bridge and it was incredible, we stayed all night watching the landscape. The staff was excellent. The very modern surroundings. By putting a snag, they have no swimming pool.
