This cozy little hotel is in the perfect spot in Lisboa. Staff is very courteous too.

A warm and perfect welcome, a very good location to visit Lisbon.

Loved it here. Quirky and run by people who understand tourism. Would recommend you pick room with a view. Great location. Helped us find a laundromat. Breakfast included with lots of variety — but does require you walk up one flight of stairs.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon. A wonderful bed and breakfast. Each room has its own bathroom. Breakfast included is delicious and the location is great… close to public transportation and sightseeing. Staff is very friendly!

4 stars as emergency light went off and no one gave us any information on it. Room is good size but poorly laid out making room feel small. No shower curtain so couldnt take advantage of the high water pressure, soaked entire room in few seconds. 3 reasons for 4 stars, 4 star us for its location close to everything basically.

This is a very loud, but also lively quarter. The hotel is clean, besides the bath room that is stinky and with mould in the shower (see picture) but the service, even if they seem trying hard, was limited. They told us that we were to early and the rooms would only be ready in 30 minutes. But when coming back 30 minutes later, they still told us the same. Then I was kindly offered the possibility to change and shower since I was tight on time, but they never brought me the promised towel (had to use my sweater). But all this at least in a friendly tone…

Wow! The room (double with a sea view) was beautiful. Comfortable bed and very quiet in spite of the location. And the location could not be any better. Right next to the time out market and the waterfront and a 10 min walk to Bairro alto. The staff here are so welcoming and ready to help with anything.

It was a very nice place to eat. The room in the traditional style with some problem of taps while the cleanliness of the bathroom is improveable.

Nice hotel in Baixa. Well connected to the centre and other places of interest in Lisbon. We have been in a room of 4 pax. Very nice hotel staff. A 10 is not a hotel to use but it has been a good experience. Breakfast was very nice. Natural orange juice.

A wonderful, welcoming place. If you're staying for more than 2 nights, do splurge on a room with a view of the river. Clean, tidy, stylish, and in an excellent location — the perfect base for exploring Lisbon.

I stayed in a 4 bedroom room in the hotel. The receptionist/manager was really nice and helpful. The rooms themselves were really clean and modern. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely and full of good advice on the city! The team is adorable (of the kind to book a restaurant to facilitate the stay) and breakfast "homemade" allows you to start the day! Again without hesitation!

Stylish decoration of the rooms, good breakfast with homemade cakes, convenient location close to public transport hub, ten minutes by metro station, easy access to attractions. Staff-lovely, clean, everyday cleaning. For fans "sharpen overnight muffin-free muffins, fruit, coffee, tea-simply sweet home! Normal Wi-Fi. Recommend.

The attentive service, a very pretty decoration, a treat at breakfast '… Thank you so much for the reception and all the explanations about Lisbon and the Portuguese language. For lovers: ask to have your breakfast at the window with a view of the Tagus River.

We came to love it. The environs are a bit off-putting in the harsh light of day but at night the air is alive with music, the streets lined with great cafes and once you come through that solid green door — you're home! The staff are ways above average and the rooms quaint and clean (we stayed twice and had a great view, large room/suite but very off bathroom and the next time a poor view, smaller room but a great bathroom). Don't ignore the Cafe Tati at street level — great music most nights and the menu varies daily — always friendly staff and patrons. Although it well placed for transport links I have to admit the area was a bit of a shock — at first. Note that the pic of the hotel on Google, covered in grafitti, must have been taken long ago and should be removed — very misleading.
