Incredible place! The staff, the design and the location are just perfect if you are staying in Lisbon. Loved the experience, definetly recommend if you want a real typical portuguese experience!

If you are looking a traditional Portuguese hotel this is the real place for it. It just makes you feel home. The staff did an amazing work! I would definitely recommend this place for everyone.

I horror night mare… a terrible experience… not to repeat or recommend to anyone, just to enemy : (
I bulk of drunk guests came in the night in front of the entrance, probably not having their entrance cod, ringing, making a terrible noise… slepping was impossible mission… even somebody called police… because the apartment mannager did not reply on several phone calls…

Nice comfortable apartment very well equipped with a very smiling welcome and an ideal location to visit Lisbon.

Well… I expected better. It's located on a hill, which is fine. Reception, they were kund but not working properly. They give new towels once a three days. They didn't clean up our room once, and we could't complain it because reception was closed. They charged us a mini bar, which we didn't use. Room looks clean at first, and I found it's not clean. Fan on a stove didn't work. This apartment could be improved, if they work more properly.

A well located apartment when staying in Lisbon. Was a little hard to find at first but staff were friendly. Good for families.

We had a reaervation via booking, the administration cancelled it without noticing us… when we arrived hot and tired we didnt have where to stay and they didnt even help us find a some other place and we had to walk with all our luggage for 4 hours to find it ourselves. So sad cuz it looked like a nice place… but this attitude of lack of humanity… I dont approve it at all!

Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Really excellent property, I have been there twice in ten days during my travelling holidays in Portugal with my family. I chose this property because it was central but quiet and I was thrilled. Great location in Bairro high but far from the chaos of night owls. Pleasant feeling of being at home also thanks to the presence of domestic accessories: espresso machine, citrus juices… Breakfast served in the room and very nice The… I really recommend it to everyone … Try to believe!

Great spot to stay. Centrally located with very helpful staff. Very bright and a/c worked very well. Wifi had issues more than 15ft away from the in-unit router so access weak outside main living area, but otherwise very good.
