We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful, communicated and with good advice about city.
Don’t bother with this hotel! They don’t care about their guests… only making money. Amenities do not exist! No water or food allowed in the room, and no access to either. No breakfast, no coffee, no water, no anything. I felt dehydrated by the time I left. Could not wait to leave this ridiculous excuse for a hotel. This place should be called “No Charm”!

Unhygienic, DELINQUENT and SICK motel. no stars. A university dorm is better than this place. THREE police officers called on me over €2 at 3am on NYE gives you an idea of just how bad it is… I stayed in a noisy, filthy, shoe box… rebooked (no other choice) for NYE. After PAYING WAY TOO MUCH online, they refused to let me back into my room over €2 city tax. (Supposedly must be cash. ) I explained I could pay cash in the morning… Like animals (without saying a word), they proceeded to call THREE POLICE OFFICERS on me. 3 POLICE OFFICERS OVER €2! The night receptionist is psychotic. 2 minutes with him: CREEPY / DISTURBING They need to check psychological health pre-employment, as he should not be allowed near people. I still shudder from the experience. Don't believe the "independent" reviews. You will pay too much for FILTH, scams, and sickos. See photo of the deranged night receptionist calling 3 police officers over €2.
