I liked this hotel. Very traditional good class hotel Exceptional breakfast, marvelous swimming pool. Very comfortable rooms, strong Wi-Fi. The staff are very professional and friendly. Very large open spaces within the hotel common areas. I would like the hotel to have been nearer to the town centre because everything we wanted to do involved a taxi ride costing 8 or 9 euros.

Restaurant and courtyard are wonderful. However, if you stay on a Friday or Saturday night, beware of the nightclub nearby who's bass beat may leave you sleepless all night. If staying the weekend, ask for a room higher up in the building. We were on the 12th floor and could hear the bass all night. Otherwise the room itself was recently renovated and updated, true to Marriott quality.

All the staff was exceptionally helpful! Anything we needed we got. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisboa. We actually forgot something with valuables in our room and called hours later and everything was accounted for! I wish I could of thanked the associate who turned it in, we will forever be greatful for their honesty.

The hotel nice and the location not too bad, but it is in between a highway and a busy road so if you are noise sensitive this could be a factor to consider. The pool is awesome and the area to relax is great. The breakfast is above average. Personnel is very nice. If you plan to eat at the hotel, quality is good but pricey.

Large hotel building in business district, outdated exterior but comfortable and modern interior. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Sockets to load your devices are not always easy to find or placed impractically. The bar and restaurant are very nice, with friendly service and good quality food (including traditional Portuguese dishes). The bar and bar-terrace have a casual atmosphere with plenty of room to sit and are equipped with 3 large television screens for sports events etc. Excellent breakfast with garden terrace and view on the garden pool. Unfortunately the outside pool only opens at 10.00, so no early morning swimming allowed.

Very Good hotel, just a few minutes from the airport, but far from the center and even the Metro is not very close. For the rest it is very nice with large luxuriously furnished rooms and a garden with swimming pool. The rooms are very comfortable (a flaw: the empty minibar), the competent and efficient staff, the breakfast buffet really remarkable.

Luxurious hotel with wide hallways, friendly staff, and comfortable pillows. Only complaint is the gross Lounge breakfast. Whoever prepared the scrambled eggs has clearly never heard of salt before. The coffee was watery and undrinkable. The cheeses were unlabeled and unappealing. The only semi-decent option was the mushrooms, but halfway through eating I found hairs in them.

If not for the price, it would be 5! Amazing hotel with lovely lobby.

We are ' stranded ' here without luggage because our flight (TAP) has failed. Rude staff at check-in, no dental — or Shaving kit just out of the way. Of course you can buy it expensive in our own shop!? Marriott was once a class, today you should save yourself!

The Lisbon Marriott Hotel is well located, relatively close to three metro stations (two different lines), which is good if you are willing to walk. Otherwise, renting a car in Lisbon is a great choice. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful, clean and organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is big and comfortable.

They've reformed it and it's all new. The room was very good and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is great. I liked it a lot.

Beautiful hotel located less than 10 minutes from the city centre and the airport by car and about 10 min from the Metro Zoo. The hotel has a buffet restaurant which is good the breakfast is provided etcexcellent.

Very business Hotel. A little off the beaten path. It has taxis at the door and the staff is very attentive.

Been here a few times and still would recommend to anyone. The location is not that great but the amenities are. You can still reach everything with a short uber ride. There a few shopping options and restaurants close enough for walking.

Super Hotel! Never would have said he was a 4 star! It's much cooler! From the entrance to housekeeping (towels change every day) no complaints. They are fed in various varieties and varieties (oysters, octopus, squid, fish every day) as well as different meats. There are always vegetables. Natural juices, Pepsi, Cola, 7up without restrictions. Capsule type coffee machines. Wine, beer, champagne without restrictions for dinner.

Ended up here as a result of a return flight cancellation. Hotel is nice, lounge is great if you are Marriott rewards member. Few rude staff, others came off nice. Likely not good location if you’re visiting to explore the city, but worked for us being close to the airport.

The hotel is average. The rooms are not always cleaned and even the suite has water problems. Every time you need to walk on the floor and look for maids…

This is a very large hotel with big rooms (mine had 2 big beds). 5 Elevators make sure that you never wait too long to got to your floor. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of room, suficient even when the hotel is full of congress attendants. I had dinner one evening and opted for a rather expensive steak and I did not regret it. They also had typical portuguese pastries for desert. The one negative thing I found was that my room opened towards the nearby motorway, and even on the 11th floor the sound was quite loud. The hotel includes several shops, maybe not the cheapest but ideal for getting some souvenirs for home.

I liked: — the size of the rooms, the bathroom and the availability of accessories. I liked it but could be improved: — the gym. It is OK if you train alone but it is a little small for how big the hotel is and a little cold (not of temperature, but of habitability). — Heating. It heats/cools plenty but sometimes it makes too much noise. — Food and dinner menus. They are buffet, there is a lot of salads and desserts but they are thrown from less first and second courses.

Something away from the centre you have to go by car. Spacious rooms and facilities in good condition.

Nice hotel, beautiful and even tropical looking setting. Our room door wouldn't open and it was 11 PM. We called the front desk and a technician immediately came and opened the door for us. The lock was damaged, so we had to move to another room. I complained for the uncomfortable situation and they upgraded us to one of the better rooms in the hotel (we had a view of the Cristo Redentor, the bridge and the aqueduct). At the restaurant, waiters tend to forget part of your order and nicely try to convince you that you didn't order what they had forgotten. We let it pass. Overall, the place is nice enough to make you want to come back. TIP: If you need an umbrella, talk to the concierge, they will lend you one free of charge.

A magnificent hotel in the center of Lisbon, has a spectacular buffet-style breakfast and the outdoor pool has plenty of green areas and with abundant shadows, the location is not the most central but is easily accessible.

This is a complaint due to very poor service! My stay tonight (Dec 24, 2017) was ruined by 4 hotel staffs (2 at the front desk and 1 in the shop area, and 1 concierge guy). I first went downstairs to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste and the first gentlemen quickly just brush me off and told me to go to the shop area. Once there I see ones you can purchased, I then asked the gentlemen that was staffed in the shop if I may have a complimentary one that the hotel offers. He asked for my room number (which I gave… room 311) and he took a couple minutes to take a phone call and spoke to someone while staring at me as if I don’t belong in the hotel or something. He came back and nervously said the hotel doesn’t have any… so my response back was ‘so you’re telling me no one in the hotel can get complimentary dental kit?! ’ Not confidently he said correct. So I went back to the front desk and asked for a dental kit… the guy that originally helped me just frantically shuffle thru the drawers to check and said he doesn’t have any… which I also find hard to believe. So I asked another gentlemen at the front desk to check his side and his response (with no empathy) was ‘I believe my colleague has spoken’. First you didn’t check and you rudely responded. So I walked away angrily and the other guy said go check with concierge and the concierge guy gave me one. The guy at concierge wasn’t so friendly as well.

I enjoyed my stay there after we missed our connection flight. The dinner buffet was very good and the staff seemed polite and well trained. I'd stay there again if needs be, but hopefully not because of missed flights again.

Hotel is next to the US Embassy and a lot of businesses. It’s a great location if you’re in Lisbon for work. It’s about €7-10 in an Uber to get to the touristy areas, traffic can be bad, so it can take about 30 min to get to those areas. Hotel is very nice, nice executive lounge, amazing breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The breakfast rivaled many resort breakfasts at resort properties. Nicely remodeled hotel. Very happy with this Marriott.

Good place to stay. Great rooms. Only thing is that vegetarian options in food are limited. Otherwise it's excellent.

The hotel is classy, the breakfast is amazing: delicious salmon, delicious and varied fruit table, excellent yogurt, a variety of cheeses. Great coffee. The waiters are helpful and helpful. One negative, you need to constantly call the reception and finish towels, etc.

Very poor for a Marriott. One single small soap not replaced until requested. One empty Kleenex box not replaced until removed and left empty out of its metallic box. Freezing room for 3 nights. Apparently the temperature control is regulated to be the same for all the rooms. So the local control is probably part of the decoration… Unfortunately It took 4 days for the central technician to increase by 4 degrees the temperature of our specific room … On the others hand the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Love the room! Excellent staff. Food in restaurant was great! Easy to get to metro. Three bus stop outside of hotel to (jardim zoologico) metro. Or 15 minute walk.

Good stay, courteous and helpful staff, 11 euros for a spritz at the bar, not even good, they are the price to pay in a 4 star… For the rest good, also the breakfast ample and plentiful.

Great service. One member was vegan so the executive lounge crew worked to ensure there was enough for us to eat in the lounge. Comfortable rooms, warm and friendly personnel and staff. We had a lovely stay.

Stayed 1 week with family. Location was good as train station was within a 10 min walk. Facilities were good as well, outdoor pool, gym and bar. Buffet breakfast excellent! There was a lot of choice and the omelet bar was a brilliant idea as they were prepared fresh to your taste.

Room with separate bed so we had asked for a room with a large bed.

This is a very nice hotel! Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are all nice, some have been renovated and those are even better. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are quiet. The outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Well equipped exercise room. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! You'll probably want to take a taxi into the tourist areas but there are actually several small restaurants and a park just a short walk away. Would be happy to stay here again!

Great location The only downside is the hotel setting which does a bit of a job. But that set aside nothing to complain about.

Had a wonderful stay and beautiful view here! Beds were very comfortable, hotel seemed clean and staff were very helpful to fix any issues. Our daughter spilled juice on the bed and they were able to come change the bottom sheets for us even though it was late. All the staff there were so willing to help and so cheerful! Wi-Fi was generally fast, slower during peak hours. TV didn't have many channels. Water pressure was okay, temp was good. If you're looking for food options to deliver especially late, there aren't very many. There is an over priced pizza place that's a few minute walk away and a really great kebab place that's JUST over the freeway. We went there often as they had cheap beer and great food prices.

The Hotel Mariott in Lisbon is a complex with body rooms, garden with Pisicna, restaurant, rooms for business use and large common areas. The rooms are a little old style (especially the bathroom) gilded with minibar, TV, desk and air conditioning. Unfortunately, serious cons, the Wi-Fi in the rooms of many floors works poorly or even has no signal. Another feature you won't have to forget when you book is to ask for a room that looks into the interior of the property. The rooms facing the outside are heavily disturbed by a busy road to fast sliding and also badly insulated due to the old fixtures. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of buffet menu. Staff are always attentive and courteous. Comfortable and cosy beds. To reach the historic centre of Lisbon, you can take a taxi for a 10-minute ride (price around 8 euro).

The food is overpriced and not worth it. The hotel itself is satisfactory and everything you would expect of a Marriott.

The worst value for money in the q hotel have been. At reception all less friendly, and rooms more caspases q I have seen in a hotel in this category, the bathroom was not working well. Add q is not very good located to less q to be part of the crew of an aircraft. We will, I q I do not return nor recommend it.

Its a bit far out of town, but with cabs being pretty inexpensive it should not be a problem. The rooms are very adequate, and for the price, a reasonable value.

Very high class at a not so expensive price (but early June and on 6 days) : exceptional breakfast and dinner buffets. Our staff. Spacious room. A few complaints: free Wi — Fi only in the lobby and in the restaurant, paid and expensive in the room; not very close to the Center, so hard to go to dinner in the city (metro in 10 minutes).

One of the worst hotel in planet, disgusting food I have to travel another place for alternative, very hard to communicate the staff.

Superb bedding, perfect breakfast, professional staff, spacious room, less than ten minutes from the Airport (more or less 10 euros by taxi), ten minute walk metro (yellow line and blue line). Ideal for business or rest.
Downside: no restaurant or shopping center next door, very eccentric, away from it all. Attention extra cost in case of check-in before time. Wi-Fi very expensive in the rooms, very regrettable at a time when it is free even in the hotels two stars.

The staff members are thieves! And liars. Keep all your important belongings always under sight! The food is great. It's close to Sporting's stadium.

The hotel is certainly on of the best hotels in Lisbon. The room was amazing, also the service was very great and discreet. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel! The only problem happened when I arrived at 7am and there wasn't any room available for me. I have forgotten to have the early check-in and I have waited for so long time. The reception desk was confusing with the guests and they have left me waiting on a couch (where I have slept for some time). The room was ready for me at around 2pm and the only thing I wanted at the moment was a great bed to rest comfortably. I had been on an airplane for more than 8 hours to get in Lisbon and this first impression of the hotel wasn't the best.

Meter to the side. I got it for a very reasonable price and the rooms and bathrooms were above the normal level. Luxury details as bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom. Rooms and bathroom very spacious.
