Nice place very close to the center of Lisbon. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy. Like anywhere else in Lisbon there is no designated place to load and unload your luggage, you must park at the Side of the road for it.

Well located and clean. The breakfast is not worth its price, it is better to take breakfast in one of the many coffee that there are in the surroundings of the hotel.

Seemed very overpriced. The location is great and we just paid for the location. For a 4-star rated hotel they should have offered the following: free airport shuttle, water/ coffee/ tea (complimentary), business center/ computer (place to work), etc. But there’s none.

The view from the room 124… The room smells like sewer. For less money we had nicer rooms in lisbon.

Although rooms are small, it is all you need. Perfect location, great happy hour at the lobby bar. Beware of the glass walls for the bathroom — best for seasoned couples not new couples.

It's way below the basic business hotel. No water in rooms, no tea/ coffee maker and no wardrobe. The bathroom size is so small that I feared hitting my head on the glass walls. Their check in process seemed different for different guests. If you don't have a credit card they'll empty the mini bar. If you have a forex card they charge the entire stay amount upfront. It just seems like as though they have no trust whatsoever on their guests. The 2 stars are for the courtesy of the staff who were otherwise helpful when I needed a cab or if I needed some information.

Nice and comfortable hotel right in the old town, perfect for exploring Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the price per night was just great. We had a 'superior' room at the back of the hotel which was quiet and once we had figured out the air conditioning was nice and cool. No real criticisms although no coffee making facilities in the room, also the reception failed to tell us that the 'complimentary drink was restricted to a Cherry Liqueur! But for the price we paid for the room really not an issue. Did not stay for any meals or breakfasts, why would you when you have the most wonderful restaurants and cafes a few steps away. Who also wants to pay €17 for a breakfast when you can pay €6 for a lovely breakfast on the next street! Overall highly recommended.

Brilliant location in the old town easy access to major attractions. Hotel and staff very good. No restaurant but plenty nearby. Would stay there again.

Posizione ottima, a due passi da praca do comercio, in pieno centro storico. L'hotel è ben collegato con la metro (linea blu) che oltretutto unisce Lisbona con l'aeroporto. Stanze pulite ma un po' piccole. In ogni caso sono soddisfatto della scelta e consiglio questo hotel soprattutto a chi vuole visitare Lisbona in qualche giorno: l'ottima posizione, la vicinanza di metro ed entrambe le principali stazioni ferroviarie vi permetteranno facilmente di muovervi nella città, ma anche di organizzare escursioni giornaliere verso Sintra e Cascais.

Good mass transit nearby, but overpriced room and insanely priced breakfast. Just go to the coffee shop across the street.

It was a very nice place to walk around. Very small rooms But there is no closet.

The hotel is very good, the only thing the shower was a glass covered with a curtain, otherwise everything perfect.

I was hoping for something more comfortable. The room has a furniture of straight lines and modern but not practical.
Spending more than one night is suffocating.
The main problem is the bathroom. It is accessed by a glass door without frame and that eliminates any intimacy. It disturbs the light and the noise. The sliding glass of the shower, it does not fit well and the water, if you do not put a towel, arrives to the bedroom. The bath extractor runs at night and annoys when sleeping.
On the other hand, the mattress covers have a plastic side and it is very hot.
Instead of closet there is a bar with 5 hangers and not a single drawer in the room. There is no plug near the headboard. I didn't really feel like a 4-star.
The staff is very nice. They inform you of interesting places to visit and they guide you in terms of establishments.

Friendly staff, great advice on places to visit. Wish I had listened to their advice regarding pickpockets. Room a bit small and noisy with the sound of Lisbon at night.

Don't even try to have lunch here. Menú was 9€ and they just put 2 toasts and a yogurt. Drinks out of the price. Completely not worthy.

Great location. But! “Executive” room… something terrible — small, no wall sockets. No value for money at all!

Great for short stays but not so good if you do not like living out of a suitcase. The location is excellent and the service very good and friendly but standard rooms have no clothes storage except one hanging rail and the safe cannot fit a standard IPad! Public space is limited to the combined restaurant and bar as there is no lounge and you may have to queue for a place at breakfast at peak times.

Medium Quality Hotel.
Small room, with bathroom with wall and transparent glass door (if used at night, the partner is awakened: what a brilliant find! ). Silent.
The safe is not anchored to the wall, but moves freely, so that anyone could take it away, simply unscrewing the door of the cabinet in which it is contained.
There is no room for suitcases, nor a wardrobe for clothes, which must be left to air.
There are no Italian TV channels, but only English, French, German, Russian, Chinese, Spanish and even algerine.
The lobby is so small that it contains only one armchair! The remaining space is used for breakfast, with coffee tables placed on one another.

Stylish hotel, small rooms though and good usage of mirrors to create the appearance of more room. I suppose it suffices if you're going to just explore the city. Can be noisy due to the plumbing, you sometimes water the water flowing through the pipes from other rooms (above you). Price is decent though and overall not bad at all. Good service and reception. Haven't tried the breakfast, rather expensive.

Perfect find if you're traveling solo. The hotel is centrally located and in the heart of Lisbon along the river. Front desk staff were nothing short of helpful upon my arrival. Not only was I offered a welcome cocktail (a local cherry liqueur) but one of the receptionist actually took 10 min of her time to walk me through a list of "must-see's" during my stay, circling them on the map and suggesting the best available options in regard to commute. To echo another review, had I not been traveling alone (and not from New York, where these things are very common), an average traveler may find the room a tad small. Hotel is clean, service up to par.

The staff are very friendly, they helped me despite not understanding Portuguese. The hotel is clean, very comfortable and friendly.

Great location, close to the Tagus river, and walking distance to many attractions. I upgraded to the executive rooms which were spacious, and modern. Very helpful and professional staff — Bridget in particular — who helped us with local tours reservations.

You're paying purely for the location! It's in a great spot — walking distance from a lot of the main spots but my god the room is tiny! This isn't suitable for a couple with a lot of luggage. If you're going there for business, perhaps staying for 1 night then it's ideal. I've never stayed in such a small room before. The bathroom isn't appropriate either. Housekeeping re-use the same bedding when they do your room — I've never seen this before! No coffee or tea in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.
